Tarih o \u015fekilde geli\u015fecek ki insan t\u00fcr\u00fc ilahi bir g\u00fc\u00e7, yaratma ve yok etme g\u00fcc\u00fc edinecek; Homo Sapiens t\u00fcr\u00fc Homo Deus\u2019a, yani teknolojiye h\u00fckmeden tanr\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015f bir insan t\u00fcr\u00fcne d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fecek. Peki, \u201cekonomik, siyas\u00ee, hatta sanatsal \u00fcretimde herhangi bir rol\u00fc olmayan, toplumun refah\u0131na, g\u00fcc\u00fcne ve \u015fan\u0131na hi\u00e7bir katk\u0131 sunamayacak insanlar\u201d (s. 339) ne olacak?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u015e\u00f6yle yan\u0131tl\u0131yor Harari: \u201cBu \u2018i\u015fe yaramaz s\u0131n\u0131f\u2019 i\u015fsiz olmakla kalmayacak, istihdam edilemez de olacak.\u201d&nbsp; Amerikan toplumunun vebal\u0131 gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcp d\u0131\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Thorstein Veblen\u2019in \u201cAylak S\u0131n\u0131f\u201d\u0131 b\u00f6ylece &nbsp;&nbsp;zihnini yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131rm\u0131\u015f olacak, proletarya ve b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar ise aylakla\u015facak! \u00d6yle mi? \u00c7o\u011funlu\u011fu olu\u015fturan bu aylak kitleleri ne yapacaklar?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bence burada devrimciler devreye girecek. Bilgisayar algoritmalar\u0131 ve s\u00fcperinsanlar taraf\u0131ndan bir alt s\u0131n\u0131f olarak y\u00f6netilmeyi reddeden isyanc\u0131lar d\u00fcnyan\u0131n her yerinde ayaklanacaklar ve sistemin bo\u015fluklar\u0131ndan yararlanarak ya da kendi saflar\u0131na ge\u00e7en teknik adamlar\u0131n yard\u0131m\u0131yla algoritmalar\u0131 bozarak \u201c\u00fcst s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131\u201d ayaklar\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131na al\u0131p ezecekler; ve yeni bir algoritma olu\u015facak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca 21. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n hen\u00fcz ba\u015f\u0131nday\u0131z. Harari\u2019nin tasvir etti\u011fi d\u00fczleme gelene kadar, daha \u015fimdiden ayaklanma belirtileri g\u00f6steren d\u00fcnya prekaryas\u0131n\u0131n (neo-liberal sald\u0131r\u0131 alt\u0131nda g\u00fcvencesiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, gelece\u011fi belirsiz milyonlar) sosyal adalet, toplumsal kalk\u0131nma, e\u015fitlik \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, paras\u0131z e\u011fitim sa\u011fl\u0131k g\u00fcvenlik talepleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ferek, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n kapitalizmi a\u015fan yeni bir iktisad\u00ee ve idar\u00ee sisteme ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Harari ideoloji ile dinin ayn\u0131 ak\u0131beti payla\u015farak yok olaca\u011f\u0131na, hatta \u015fimdiden yok oldu\u011funa inansa bile, \u00e7ok sonraki yeni d\u00fcnya sistemi \u0130sa-Musa-Muhammed\u2019den de\u011fil, Rousseau-Robespierre-Marx\u2019tan ve elbette onlar\u0131n yolundan gidecek, ad\u0131n\u0131 hen\u00fcz bilmedi\u011fimiz devrimci d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrlerin fikirlerinden esinlenecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu arada Harari parlamenter sistem hakk\u0131nda \u00e7ok sa\u011flam bir g\u00f6zlemde bulunuyor: \u201c\u0130nsanlar ancak di\u011fer se\u00e7menlerle bir ba\u011f kurabilirlerse demokratik se\u00e7imlere tabi olduklar\u0131n\u0131 hissederler,\u201d diyor. \u201cDemokratik se\u00e7imler yaln\u0131zca din\u00ee inan\u00e7 ya da ulusal efsaneler gibi belli ortakl\u0131klar\u0131 payla\u015fan toplumlarda uygulanabilir.&nbsp; Se\u00e7imler, temelde anla\u015fan insanlar aras\u0131ndaki anla\u015fmazl\u0131klar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zmek i\u00e7in bir y\u00f6ntem olarak kullan\u0131labilir\u201d (s. 262).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Demek ki se\u00e7imlerin anlaml\u0131 ve i\u015flevli olabilmesi i\u00e7in adaylar\u0131n ve partilerin \u201ctemelde\u201d anla\u015fmalar\u0131 gerekir.
