Fakat salg\u0131n hastal\u0131k uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 da tart\u0131\u015fmal\u0131 h\u00e2le getirmi\u015ftir. &nbsp;Uygar ge\u00e7inen \u0130talya ile uygar olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 iddia edilen \u00c7in\u2019in korona kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki tavr\u0131 \u00f6\u011freticidir.&nbsp; \u0130talya salg\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda halk\u0131n seyahat \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc k\u0131s\u0131tlamad\u0131; \u00c7in ise her t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc an\u0131nda k\u0131s\u0131tlayarak eyalet, \u015fehir, mahalle, sokak ve apartman d\u00fczeyinde \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc olan Kom\u00fcnist Partisi unsurlar\u0131n\u0131 an\u0131nda harekete ge\u00e7irerek duruma el koydu. Ne\u015feli \u0130talyanlar g\u00fcneye do\u011fru \u015fen \u015fakrak seyahat ederken, \u00c7inliler karantinay\u0131 ihl\u00e2l eden apartmanlar\u0131n kap\u0131lar\u0131na&nbsp;&nbsp; kaynak yap\u0131yorlard\u0131. Salg\u0131n patlak verdi\u011finde, bilim adamlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc s\u00fcreler i\u00e7inde ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc h\u00e2l ilan edebilir, tam karantina uygulayabilir, soka\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kan\u0131 vurabilir, burjuvazinin paras\u0131na el koyup halka da\u011f\u0131tabilir, her \u015feyi yapabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ancak bunlar\u0131 yapabilmesi i\u00e7in Devlet\u2019in teknik anlamda sahici bir devlet olmas\u0131; onu y\u00f6netenlerin siyas\u00ee kayg\u0131larla ya da iktidar\u0131 kaybetme korkusuyla de\u011fil, devlet bilinciyle, \u00f6zveriyle karar almalar\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fakat devlet dedi\u011fimiz ayg\u0131t da \u00e7e\u015fit \u00e7e\u015fittir. Mesela anonim \u015firket gibi davranan Devlet, s\u00fcr\u00fc davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 k\u00e2r zarar hesab\u0131yla y\u00f6nlendirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r; \u00fclke topra\u011f\u0131n\u0131 arsa olarak k\u0131ymetlendirir, arsan\u0131n \u00fczerindeki b\u00fct\u00fcn tesisleri parasal de\u011feriyle \u00f6l\u00e7er, yurtta\u015flar\u0131n i\u00e7g\u00fcd\u00fclerine hitap ederek onlar\u0131 muz ve kam\u00e7\u0131yla bir maymun s\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fc gibi y\u00f6netir. &nbsp;Burada \u015firkete d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fen devletin fikirler, hayat tarz\u0131 ve ideoloji d\u00e2hil satt\u0131\u011f\u0131 her \u015feyi m\u00fc\u015fteriye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fen yurtta\u015f\u0131n sat\u0131n almas\u0131, benimsemesi beklenir. &nbsp;Salg\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda Devlet bir anonim \u015firketin m\u00fctevelli heyeti gibi ak\u0131l y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcr: iki ayakl\u0131 vir\u00fcslerin i\u00e7g\u00fcd\u00fcsel s\u00fcr\u00fc davran\u0131\u015f\u0131yla \u00fclkenin her yan\u0131na da\u011f\u0131lmalar\u0131 i\u00e7 piyasay\u0131 canland\u0131racakt\u0131r; \u00f6l\u00fcm say\u0131lar\u0131 artarsa rakamlar gizlenecek, daha k\u00f6t\u00fcs\u00fc gelirse ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc kapanma \u00f6nlemleri al\u0131nacak, \u00f6lenler \u00f6lecek kalanlar kalacak, sezonluk turizm gelirlerini bu yolla kurtarma giri\u015fimi her \u015feyin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bilim d\u00fcnyas\u0131 Covit-19\u2019un ard\u0131ndan \u00e7ok daha tehlikeli vir\u00fcslerin gelece\u011fini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. \u0130nsan\u0131n do\u011faya tecav\u00fcz\u00fcne kar\u015f\u0131 bir tepki olan ve son tahlilde tabiat anan\u0131n kendisi i\u00e7in zararl\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc insan t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc s\u0131rt\u0131ndan atarak, en az\u0131ndan eksilterek \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fme \u00e7abas\u0131n\u0131 yans\u0131tan vir\u00fcs toplulu\u011fu, giderek kapitalizmin boyunduru\u011fu alt\u0131na girecek, insan s\u00fcr\u00fclerini y\u00f6nlendirmek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lacak gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor.&nbsp; A\u015f\u0131lar devletleraras\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7 m\u00fccadelelerinde birer silah olarak ger\u00e7ek silahlar\u0131n yan\u0131nda yer alacak; do\u011fal vir\u00fcsler azald\u0131k\u00e7a yerlerine viroloji laboratuvarlar\u0131nda \u00fcretilmi\u015f yapay vir\u00fcsler ge\u00e7ecek, muazzam a\u015f\u0131 tr\u00f6stleri olu\u015facak.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ne i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 ne de patronlar 19. ve 20. y\u00fczy\u0131ldaki proletarya ve burjuvaziye benziyor. Teknolojinin \u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmesi ve paran\u0131n sanalla\u015fmas\u0131 h\u0131zla yoksulla\u015fan geni\u015f bir prekarya olu\u015fturdu. Yoksulla\u015fan orta s\u0131n\u0131ftan, en alttaki i\u015f\u00e7ilerden, ayn\u0131 zamanda teknisyenler, m\u00fchendisler, hekimler ve \u00f6\u011fretmenlerden, hizmet sekt\u00f6r\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131ndan olu\u015fan, \u201cevini kayan kum \u00fczerinde\u201d in\u015fa etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ve \u201cmeslek\u00ee kimlikleri tan\u0131mlayan ahlak\u00ee ya da davran\u0131\u015fsal y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckler g\u00f6sterme mecburiyeti\u201dni kaybeden (Standing, \u0130leti\u015fim 2017, s. 29) bu g\u00fcvencesiz ve tehlikeli, siyas\u00ee davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclemeyen karma s\u0131n\u0131f (Bauman \/ Bordoni, \u0130thaki 2017, s. 177) insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n yeni umududur.
