Literat\u00fcrde birincisinin progresif, yani ilerici; ikincisinin ise reaksiyoner, yani gerici oldu\u011fu belirtilir. Ancak burada da belirsizlik vard\u0131r; zira neyin gerici neyin ilerici oldu\u011fu tarihi yazan ki\u015finin me\u015frebine g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fir. Nihai zaferi kazanan Saray rejiminin T\u00fcrkiye tarihini nas\u0131l yazaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn mesela\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bu a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u201centel\u201d giri\u015fin ard\u0131ndan \u00f6rneklere gelelim. \u00d6ncelikle \u015funu belirtelim ki \u201ckar\u015f\u0131devrimci\u201d ya da \u201cgerici\u201d kavramlar\u0131nda hakaret\u00e2miz bir \u015fey yoktur. Kar\u015f\u0131devrim de asl\u0131nda bir devrimdir, ancak geriye do\u011fru, ge\u00e7mi\u015fe d\u00f6n\u00fck olarak icra edilmi\u015ftir. &nbsp;Ayr\u0131ca \u00e7a\u011f\u0131m\u0131z, \u015fimdilik kayd\u0131yla, bir kar\u015f\u0131devrimler \u00e7a\u011f\u0131 gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ayya\u015f Boris Yeltsin baz\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 h\u00e2l\u00e2 etkileyen 1917 Ekim Devrimi\u2019ne son vermi\u015f, da\u011f\u0131lan imparatorlu\u011fun bir k\u0131sm\u0131 istihbarat albay\u0131 Putin taraf\u0131ndan bu kez Ortodoks Kilisesi\u2019nin ideolojisi canland\u0131r\u0131larak modern bir \u00c7arl\u0131k \u015feklinde toparlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7in\u2019de Deng \u015eiaoping, Guangdong b\u00f6lgesinden ba\u015flayarak o zamana kadar \u00c7inlilerin bilmedikleri ve ya\u015famad\u0131klar\u0131 t\u00fcrde bir kapitalizmi bu kez Kom\u00fcnist Partisi y\u00f6netiminde evreler h\u00e2linde \u00fclkeye a\u015f\u0131lam\u0131\u015f; kap\u0131lar\u0131 \u00e7okuluslu \u015firketlere a\u00e7arak ve muazzam bir ticaret sermayesi biriktirerek \u00fclkenin d\u00fcnya kapitalizminde s\u00f6z sahibi olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f; \u00fcstelik buna \u201c\u00c7in\u2019e \u00f6zg\u00fc sosyalizm\u201d diyerek e\u011flenceli bir durum yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu geli\u015fmelerin d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yank\u0131lar solun ezberini bozmu\u015f, kafas\u0131n\u0131 kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu d\u00fcnya 1789 Frans\u0131z Devrimi\u2019ne bile kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kral Louis Capet\u2019in (XVI.) kellesi giyotinde al\u0131nd\u0131ktan takriben 20 y\u0131l sonra bu kez ba\u015fka bir&nbsp; Louis Capet (XVIII.)&nbsp; Bourbon hanedan\u0131n\u0131 yenilemi\u015f, arada ge\u00e7en s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde b\u00fct\u00fcn Jakobenler, Jirondenler, Cordelier\u2019ler, enrag\u00e9\u2019ler (kudurmu\u015flar), indulgent\u2019ler (ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcc\u00fcler) giyotinin \u00f6n\u00fcnde kuyru\u011fa girmek zorunda b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015f; k\u0131ta feodalizmini halla\u00e7 pamu\u011fu gibi atarak kapitalizmin yolunu a\u00e7an ve Avrupa Birli\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinin temellerini atan (kendisi bunun fark\u0131nda de\u011fildi!) Napoleon bile k\u0131l\u0131c\u0131 k\u0131r\u0131larak \u0131ss\u0131z bir adaya s\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Devrimciler fikirleriyle ya\u015fam\u0131\u015flar, Krallar ise alt\u0131n yald\u0131zl\u0131 mobilya stilleriyle, g\u00f6rkemli saraylar\u0131 ve geometrik cennet bah\u00e7eleriyle an\u0131lm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Kas\u0131mpa\u015fal\u0131 bir futbolcu ve belediye i\u015f\u00e7isinin \u00fcst\u00fcn siyas\u00ee zek\u00e2s\u0131 ve karizmatik c\u00fcretiyle \u00fclkemizin b\u00fct\u00fcn siyas\u00ee, asker\u00ee, iktisad\u00ee ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel kurumlar\u0131na \u00e7al\u0131m atarak Cumhuriyet rejimine kar\u015f\u0131devrim yapmas\u0131nda \u015fa\u015f\u0131lacak bir \u015fey yoktur. &nbsp;B\u00f6ylece geriye do\u011fru icra edilen bir devrim ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir; b\u00fct\u00fcn kar\u015f\u0131devrimler gibi bu da r\u00f6van\u015fisttir, yani eski rejimin b\u00fct\u00fcn kurumlar\u0131n\u0131, sembollerini ve kahramanlar\u0131n\u0131n hat\u0131ras\u0131n\u0131 yok etmek, tarihten silmek ister. &nbsp;Onun kendi kurumlar\u0131, sembolleri, tarih\u00ee kahramanlar\u0131 vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Tarih bu \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Demek ki \u201cyapt\u0131k oldu, ebediyen ya\u015fayacak\u201d diye bir \u015fey yok. Devriminizi yenileyeceksiniz, devriminizi geli\u015ftirecek kadrolar\u0131 e\u011fiteceksiniz, kar\u015f\u0131devrimin ideolojik ve maddi temellerini s\u00fcrekli bir \u00e7abayla yok ederek devriminize sahip \u00e7\u0131kacaks\u0131n\u0131z, onun ilkelerini yeni kurumlar geli\u015ftirerek de\u011fi\u015fen d\u00fcnyaya uyarlayacaks\u0131n\u0131z. \u00c7al\u0131\u015facaks\u0131n\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Neyse, yine konuyu da\u011f\u0131tt\u0131m\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ba\u015ftaki soruya gelelim: ayaklar ba\u015f olunca \u00f6nceki ba\u015flar ne olur?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Konuya girmeden \u00f6nce \u015funu belirtelim ki buradaki \u201cayaklar\u201d s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fc pejoratif (a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lay\u0131c\u0131) bir anlam ta\u015f\u0131m\u0131yor. Burada hakaret yok. Mustafa Kemal bile Sultan\u2019\u0131n emir kulu, tebaan\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131yd\u0131; sonra Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 olarak ba\u015fa ge\u00e7ti. &nbsp;Devrim i\u015fleri b\u00f6yledir. A\u015fa\u011f\u0131da olan yukar\u0131ya \u00e7\u0131kar, yukar\u0131da olan a\u015fa\u011f\u0131ya iner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Eski ayaklar ba\u015f olunca g\u00f6rg\u00fcs\u00fczl\u00fck i\u00e7eren muazzam bir \u00f6zg\u00fcven kazan\u0131rlar. \u00a0Mesela Devlet\u2019in valisi, \u0130skilipli At\u0131f Efendi\u2019yi anma t\u00f6reni d\u00fczenler ve eski rejimi k\u0131nayacak cesareti sergiler. Bunda \u015fa\u015f\u0131lacak bir \u015fey yoktur. CHP\u2019liler, PKK-HDP\u2019yle i\u015fbirli\u011fi yaparak  Seyyid R\u0131za&#8217;n\u0131n heykelini dikmediler mi? Vali\u2019ye niye k\u0131z\u0131yorsunuz? Kar\u015f\u0131devrim b\u00f6yle bir \u015feydir; r\u00f6van\u015fizm budur!\u00a0 \u0130deolojik hegemonyas\u0131yla birlikte kar\u015f\u0131devrim s\u00f6k\u00fcn etti\u011finde, iktidar\u0131 ve muhalefetiyle birlikte kar\u015f\u0131devrim yar\u0131\u015f\u0131 ba\u015flar. Muhalefet de pastadan pay ister, se\u00e7im kazanmak i\u00e7in ideolojik araziye uyum sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bak\u0131n bu \u00f6zg\u00fcven meselesi \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Bu \u00f6zg\u00fcveni ona siz vermi\u015fsiniz, onu Padi\u015fahlarda bile olmayan ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc anayasal yetkilerle donatm\u0131\u015fs\u0131n\u0131z, muhalefet partileri olarak m\u00fccadele edecek yerde onu taklit etmeye, ayn\u0131 s\u00f6ylemi kullanmaya, laiklik ilkesini onunla birlikte unutturmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015fs\u0131n\u0131z. Mill\u00ee merkezi b\u00f6lerek, anayasal uyan\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u201cmill\u00ee anayasa hareketi\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda bir provokat\u00f6r inceli\u011fiyle tahrip ederek \u00fczerine bir bardak su i\u00e7mi\u015fsiniz; ard\u0131ndan vatan millet diyerek tarihin kaydetti\u011fi en gerici iktidarla birle\u015fmi\u015fsiniz. D\u00f6rt nala ko\u015fan iri atlar\u0131n aras\u0131nda gevrek gevrek havlayan fino k\u00f6pekleri gibi dikkati \u00e7ekmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorsunuz ama nafile!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u015eimdi isterse Kanal \u0130stanbul\u2019u a\u00e7ar ve tam ortas\u0131na Rodos heykeli gibi bir aya\u011f\u0131 Avrupa\u2019da bir aya\u011f\u0131 Asya\u2019da olmak \u00fczere dev bir \u0130skilipli At\u0131f heykeli diker. Top\u00e7u K\u0131\u015flas\u0131\u2019n\u0131 Taksim meydan\u0131n\u0131n ortas\u0131na dikip Dervi\u015f Vahdeti\u2019nin ruhunu \u015f\u00e2d, Mahmut \u015eevket Pa\u015fa\u2019n\u0131n ruhunu muazzeb eder (ac\u0131 \u00e7ektirir).&nbsp; Aval aval bakars\u0131n\u0131z, sosyal medyada payla\u015f\u0131m yap\u0131p e\u011flenirsiniz. Demek ki bu devrim ve kar\u015f\u0131devrim i\u015flerinde ciddi olacaks\u0131n\u0131z, \u00f6nceden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcneceksiniz. &nbsp;Devrimcilik ayr\u0131nt\u0131larda bo\u011fulmamay\u0131 gerektirir. &nbsp;T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de var m\u0131 b\u00f6yle bir \u015fey?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; B\u00fct\u00fcn devrimlerde ve kar\u015f\u0131devrimlerde ba\u015f olan ayaklar, \u00f6nceki ba\u015flar\u0131 tasfiye etmi\u015fler, onlara ifade ve \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc tan\u0131mam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.&nbsp; \u015eimdi burada \u00f6rneklerle kafan\u0131z\u0131 \u015fi\u015firmek istemem. Bizim devrimimiz de saltanat rejimini ve hanedan\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn orta\u00e7a\u011f kurumlar\u0131yla birlikte tasfiye etmi\u015ftir mesela. Bazen d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr\u00fcm, Sultan\u2019\u0131 s\u00fcrg\u00fcne g\u00f6ndermeyip i\u015fbirlik\u00e7i naz\u0131rlar\u0131yla birlikte \u0130stikl\u00e2l Mahkemesi\u2019nde h\u0131yanet-i vataniye\u2019den yarg\u0131lasalard\u0131, bunun g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze yans\u0131malar\u0131 nas\u0131l olurdu diye\u2026 Bol\u015fevikler de kendi sultanlar\u0131 i\u00e7in bunu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015flerdi. \u0130lk plan, Lev Tro\u00e7ki\u2019nin&nbsp; savunaca\u011f\u0131 iddianameyle \u00c7ar II.
