Yine de \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmeleri i\u00e7in Saltanat\u2019\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131ndan (1922), laiklik ilkesinin anayasaya giri\u015fine kadar (1937) uzun bir s\u00fcreci ya\u015famalar\u0131 ve her ad\u0131mda yeni \u015feyler \u00f6\u011frenmeleri gerekti.&nbsp; Mustafa Kemal\u2019e g\u00f6re, \u201ciki temel ta\u015f\u0131 laisizm ve tevhid-i tedrisat\u201d olan Devrim Kanunlar\u0131\u2019na 2000\u2019lere kadar kimse dokunamad\u0131. \u015eimdi bile dokunam\u0131yorlar, nas\u0131l yapsak da \u00e7evresinden dolansak diye hesap yap\u0131yorlar, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc korkuyorlar. Kanunlar\u0131 fiiliyatta kald\u0131rd\u0131lar, uygulam\u0131yorlar, dikkate alm\u0131yorlar. Hukuktan da \u00e7\u0131karmak i\u00e7in k\u0131vran\u0131yorlar ama olmuyor. Devrim Kanunlar\u0131, An\u0131tkabir gibi orada duruyor. Hadi kald\u0131r\u0131n bakal\u0131m\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neyse, uzatmayal\u0131m\u2026&nbsp; Sonu\u00e7 olarak siyaset\u00e7i, profes\u00f6r ya da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce kurulu\u015fundan \u0131\u015f\u0131k kayna\u011f\u0131 beklemeyecek, mevcut ortam\u0131n \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kullanacaks\u0131n\u0131z. Ortamdaki do\u011fal \u0131\u015f\u0131k isyan etmek, itiraz etmek ve \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmek i\u00e7in yeterlidir. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin temel sorunu, Saray\u2019\u0131n se\u00e7men taban\u0131na talip olan toplam muhalefetin Cumhuriyet\u2019in kurulu\u015f ilkelerini kuvvetle savunmaktan vazge\u00e7mi\u015f olmas\u0131d\u0131r.&nbsp; Ger\u00e7ek \u015fudur ki siyas\u00ee toplum, b\u00fct\u00fcn partileri ve \u015fahsiyetleriyle birlikte, Saray\u2019\u0131n inisiyatif alan\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131na ne s\u00f6ylemde ne de eylemde \u00e7\u0131kabilmekte, toplam gericili\u011fin pe\u015finden s\u00fcr\u00fcklenmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siyas\u00ee partilerin oyna\u015fmakta olduklar\u0131 alan\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131karak, d\u0131\u015f politika, ter\u00f6rle m\u00fccadele, ekonomi, sa\u011fl\u0131k, e\u011fitim gibi temel konularda siyas\u00ee partilerin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda alternatif programlar olu\u015fturmak ve bunlar\u0131 imzal\u0131 bildirgelerle, dilek\u00e7elerle, hatta Cumhuriyet mitingleriyle topluma ve b\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fcnyaya ilan etmek gerekir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayn\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri savunan insanlar\u0131n tekil makalelerle, konu\u015fmalarla s\u00fcrecin gidi\u015fat\u0131n\u0131 etkileme \u015fanslar\u0131 yoktur. Topluca hareket etmek gerekir. Ortam\u0131n \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 derken kastetti\u011fimiz budur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki bir iki y\u0131l i\u00e7inde d\u00fcnyada, b\u00f6lgemizde ve \u00fclkemizde \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma alanlar\u0131n\u0131n geni\u015fledi\u011fini g\u00f6rece\u011fiz. Bu y\u00fczden k\u0131sm\u00ee ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n avuntusuna kap\u0131lmadan h\u0131zl\u0131 hareket etmek gerekir. \u0130nisiyatife sahip olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z alanlarda m\u00fccadeleyi uzun vadeye yayamazs\u0131n\u0131z.&nbsp; &nbsp;\u015eu son yirmi y\u0131l i\u00e7inde nas\u0131l e\u011ferleyece\u011finizi, nas\u0131l t\u0131mar edece\u011finizi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcp tart\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z at\u0131 alan her defas\u0131nda \u00dcsk\u00fcdar\u2019a ge\u00e7medi mi?
