Masan\u0131n kenar\u0131na mengeneyle tutturulan, kolunu \u00e7evirdi\u011finiz zaman sabitlenen kalemi t\u0131ra\u015f eden, \u00fczerinde DMO (Devlet Malzeme Ofisi) yazan ye\u015fil renkli baba kalemt\u0131ra\u015f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Askerlik g\u00fcnlerimde fanila ile d\u00e2hili \u00fcniforma aras\u0131nda bir pilli radyo, bazen bir elma, pipo \u00e7antas\u0131, kitap, kalem ve elbette bir kalemt\u0131ra\u015f ta\u015f\u0131rd\u0131m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hayat\u0131m boyunca ne zaman bir kitab\u0131 a\u00e7t\u0131ysam sa\u011f elimde sat\u0131rlar\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izmek i\u00e7in bir k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 kur\u015fun kalem, sehpan\u0131n \u00fczerinde ise mutlaka bir kalemt\u0131ra\u015f olmu\u015ftur. \u015eimdi de \u00f6yle.&nbsp; Fakat son g\u00fcnlerde ne zaman Alman mal\u0131 metal kalemt\u0131ra\u015f\u0131m\u0131 kullansam, akl\u0131m Yobaz\u2019\u0131n s\u00f6zlerine tak\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kalemt\u0131ra\u015fa bak\u0131yorum, bak\u0131yorum fakat i\u00e7imde en ufak bir \u201c\u015fehvet hissi\u201d uyanm\u0131yor. &nbsp;Yani nesneden b\u00f6yle bir \u201chis\u201d edinmek benim i\u00e7in kesinlikle imk\u00e2ns\u0131z. Bunun \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmal\u0131 belirtilerini \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda \u00e7ok ac\u0131 tecr\u00fcbelerle g\u00f6rece\u011fiz.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kalemt\u0131ra\u015f meselesine d\u00f6necek olursak, ideolojik \u015fartlanma libidinal y\u00f6nelimi sapt\u0131r\u0131yor herhalde. &nbsp;\u201cNormal d\u0131\u015f\u0131 cinsel davran\u0131\u015flar\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda bu konu eminim incelenmi\u015ftir, literat\u00fcr\u00fc taramak laz\u0131m. &nbsp;Yoksa \u201ccinsel meta feti\u015fizmi\u201d mi?&nbsp; Mesela battaniye, kalem, yast\u0131k gibi cisimlerin ya da kahve, ket\u00e7ap, mayonez gibi baz\u0131 yiyecek maddelerinin insan zihninde cinsel metalara d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ferek \u201c\u015fehvet hisleri\u201d uyand\u0131rmas\u0131? Mesela\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meselenin esas\u0131na bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131mda, di\u011fer d\u00fcnya dinlerinin hi\u00e7 birinde bu kadar ilkel bir sosyal denetim mekanizmas\u0131 g\u00f6remiyorum. &nbsp;\u0130nsan\u0131 \u201c\u015fehvet hisleri\u201dyle korkutarak denetim alt\u0131na almak nas\u0131l bir bask\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fididir? \u0130slam dininin I\u015e\u0130D versiyonuna \u00f6zg\u00fc bu sap\u0131kl\u0131k t\u00fcr\u00fc pek \u00e7ok ileti\u015fim kanal\u0131ndan halk\u0131m\u0131za, \u00f6zellikle en yoksul ve e\u011fitim g\u00f6rme f\u0131rsat\u0131 bulamam\u0131\u015f kesimlere aktar\u0131l\u0131yor.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u015eehvet hissi\u201d uyand\u0131rmas\u0131n diye kalemt\u0131ra\u015f\u0131 elinden al\u0131nan, temas kurdu\u011fu her nesneyle, her eylemiyle \u201c\u015fehvet imtihan\u0131\u201dna tabi tutulan bir \u00e7ocu\u011fun normal bir insan olarak yeti\u015fmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn m\u00fc? Diyanet \u0130\u015fleri Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve MEB i\u015fbirli\u011fi ile okul \u00f6ncesi 4-6 ya\u015f aras\u0131 \u00e7ocuklara camilerdeki \u201cs\u0131byan mektepleri\u201dnde cami hocalar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan ne \u00f6\u011fretiliyor? Kindar ve dindar nesil yeti\u015ftirme \u00e7abas\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rmeyen var m\u0131?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ba\u015f\u0131bozuk din adamlar\u0131n\u0131n fetvalar\u0131 \u00e7ok say\u0131da tv kanal\u0131yla, y\u00fcz binlerce videoyla her g\u00fcn her saat \u00fclke n\u00fcfusunun neredeyse yar\u0131s\u0131na yay\u0131l\u0131yor.&nbsp; Bunlar\u0131 denetleyecek bir kurum yok. Diyanet\u2019in baz\u0131 iyi niyetli giri\u015fimleri oldu fakat bu kurum s\u0131rt\u0131n\u0131 siyas\u00ee iktidara yaslad\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcrece tarikat ve cemaat softalar\u0131n\u0131n yayd\u0131klar\u0131 hurafelerle ancak rekabet edebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asl\u0131nda bu bir halk e\u011fitimi modeli. \u00dcniversitelerin halk e\u011fitimi b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri \u00e7oktan kapat\u0131ld\u0131, onlar\u0131n yerine Hayat Boyu \u00d6\u011frenme ve Yeti\u015fkin E\u011fitimi gibi fiyakal\u0131 bir AB kavram\u0131yla toplumun k\u0131lcal damarlar\u0131na kadar uzanan farkl\u0131 bir kitlesel e\u011fitim y\u00f6ntemi getirildi.&nbsp; 1932\u2019de kurulan Halk Evleri, ard\u0131ndan gelen Yat\u0131l\u0131 B\u00f6lge Okullar\u0131 ve \u00d6\u011fretmen Okullar\u0131 silinip gitti, bu kurumlar\u0131n yerini tarikat ve cemaat vak\u0131flar\u0131n\u0131n okullar\u0131 ve gayr\u0131 resm\u00ee e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131 ald\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay\u0131r, merak etmeyin, Pazar\u00f6ren K\u00f6y Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019nde d\u00fcnyaya gelmi\u015f biri olarak, K\u00f6y Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc romantizmi yapacak de\u011filim.&nbsp; Giderek topluca a\u011fla\u015fma ayinlerine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fen bu romantizmin asab\u0131m\u0131 bozmakta oldu\u011funu saklayacak da de\u011filim. Memlekette k\u00f6y ve k\u00f6yl\u00fc kalmam\u0131\u015f, g\u0131rtla\u011f\u0131na kadar borca batm\u0131\u015f \u00e7ift\u00e7i hacizden ka\u00e7\u0131rmak i\u00e7in trakt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc ormana sakl\u0131yor, biz h\u00e2l\u00e2 ne g\u00fczel mandolin \u00e7alarlard\u0131, marangozluk bilirlerdi, klasik edebiyat okurlard\u0131 diye a\u011fla\u015f\u0131yoruz. Yeni \u015feyler s\u00f6ylemek laz\u0131m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130kinci Kurtulu\u015f Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019ndan sonra Mill\u00ee E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131 \u0130skilipli At\u0131flara kar\u015f\u0131 \u0130stikl\u00e2l Mahkemesi yetkileriyle donat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f Jakoben bir Talim Terbiye Kurulu\u2019na devretmek gerekecek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Talim Terbiye dedim de akl\u0131ma geldi. Babam kurul toplant\u0131lar\u0131na haz\u0131rlanmak i\u00e7in sabahlara kadar \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r, evin i\u00e7i daktilo sesiyle \u00e7\u0131nlard\u0131.&nbsp; Kurul sona erince, al\u0131nan kararlar gerek\u00e7eleriyle birlikte, b\u00fct\u00fcn verileri kapsayan 600-700 sayfal\u0131k kitaplar h\u00e2linde yay\u0131mlan\u0131rd\u0131.&nbsp; Kitaplar\u0131n \u00fczerindeki amblemi hat\u0131rl\u0131yorum: ortas\u0131nda me\u015fale olan a\u00e7\u0131k bir kitap. Alt\u0131nda Mf.V (Maarif Vek\u00e2leti), daha sonra MEB harfleri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Talim Terbiye Kurulu, \u00f6\u011fretmen olarak hayata at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, \u00f6m\u00fcr boyu e\u011fitim b\u00fcrokrasisinin \u00e7e\u015fitli basamaklar\u0131nda g\u00f6rev yapm\u0131\u015f k\u0131demli e\u011fitimcilerden olu\u015furdu. Hepsi Devrim Kanunlar\u0131\u2019na ba\u011fl\u0131 yurtsever insanlard\u0131. \u00c7o\u011funu tan\u0131ma f\u0131rsat\u0131m oldu.&nbsp; Mill\u00ee e\u011fitimin menfaatlerini kendi siyas\u00ee e\u011filimlerinin \u00fczerinde tutarlard\u0131. &nbsp;&nbsp;E\u011fitimle ilgili her \u015feyden sorumluydular; e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretim plan ve programlar\u0131n\u0131, ders kitaplar\u0131n\u0131 haz\u0131rlar; ara\u015ft\u0131rma, geli\u015ftirme ve uygulama kararlar\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturur, Mill\u00ee E\u011fitim \u015e\u00fbras\u0131\u2019na sekretarya g\u00f6revi yaparlard\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda bir kararnameyle Talim Terbiye Kurulu\u2019na ba\u015fkan ya da \u00fcye olmak i\u00e7in en az on y\u0131l s\u00fcreyle \u00f6\u011fretmenlik ya da okul m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yapm\u0131\u015f olma zorunlulu\u011fu kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde kurulun \u00f6nemi kalmad\u0131. \u00dcyeleri kimdir, bilemem.
