Chauvin, Waterloo Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019ndan sonra, ki bu sava\u015f\u0131n son muharebesinde \u0130ngilizlere \u201cEski Muhaf\u0131z \u00f6l\u00fcr fakat teslim olmaz!\u201d diye hayk\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylenmi\u015ftir, co\u015fkusunda en ufak bir azalma olmadan, nostaljik bir tutumla Napoleon d\u00f6nemini y\u00fcceltmi\u015f, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ve tutkulu vatanseverli\u011fin simgesi olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne var ki &nbsp;Cogniard karde\u015flerin yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 &nbsp;<em>La Cocarde Tricolore<\/em> (\u00dc\u00e7 Renkli Kokart) &nbsp;&nbsp;piyesi 1831\u2019de sahnelendikten sonra Chauvin\u2019in \u015f\u00f6hretinde &nbsp;dramatik bir de\u011fi\u015fim g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Piyeste Chauvin sava\u015f heveslisi, durmadan nutuklar atan saf bir k\u00f6yl\u00fc asker olarak tasvir edilmi\u015ftir. Zamanla Chauvin karikat\u00fcrle\u015fmi\u015f, g\u00fcl\u00fcn\u00e7 bir karakter olarak vodvillere, komik oyunlara konu olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bir karakter olarak Chauvin, ard\u0131nda \u201c\u015fovenizm\u201d gibi ciddi bir kavram b\u0131rakarak, zaman i\u00e7inde tarihin sislerine kar\u0131\u015f\u0131p kaybolmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kavram, a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 yukar\u0131 bir y\u00fczy\u0131l i\u00e7inde, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 tutkulu mensubiyet duygular\u0131n\u0131 belirten geni\u015f bir anlam kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ger\u00e7eklik duygusunu kaybedecek \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde kendi milliyetine ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k (\u015foven milliyet\u00e7ilik), hatalar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6remeyecek \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde kendi siyas\u00ee partisine tap\u0131nma (parti \u015fovenizmi) ya da her neyle u\u011fra\u015f\u0131yorsa i\u00e7inde yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 grubu her \u015feyin \u00fczerinde tutma (grup \u015fovenizmi) saplant\u0131s\u0131na \u015fovenizm denilmi\u015ftir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015eovenizm b\u00fcy\u00fck tart\u0131\u015fmalara kavramsal \u00e7er\u00e7eve de olu\u015fturmu\u015f, mesela I. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda II. Enternasyonal, kendi tekil \u00fclkelerini destekleyen \u201csosyal \u015fovenistler\u201d ile d\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7 sava\u015fa d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmek isteyen kom\u00fcnistler aras\u0131nda \u015fiddetli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcnmeye u\u011fram\u0131\u015f, bunun \u00fczerine binlerce sayfa teorik metin d\u00f6\u015fenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sava\u015ftan sonra \u201c\u015fovenizm\u201d kavram\u0131, Almanya\u2019n\u0131n I. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019nda bozguna u\u011frayarak Versailles Bar\u0131\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131 (1919) kabul etmek zorunda kalmas\u0131 t\u00fcr\u00fcnden b\u00fcy\u00fck krizlerde ve topyek\u00fbn b\u00fcy\u00fck sava\u015flarda patlak veren, yurtta\u015flar\u0131n en \u015foven kesimlerinin \u015feytanla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f i\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015fmanlar bularak onlar\u0131 sokak ortas\u0131nda tepelemelerine yol a\u00e7an bir t\u00fcr toplumsal histeriyi anlatmak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.&nbsp; Kavram\u0131n kapsam\u0131 zamanla inan\u0131lmaz bir geni\u015fli\u011fe ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f, mesela erkeklerin kad\u0131nlara \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fck taslamas\u0131na \u201cerkek \u015fovenizmi\u201d denilmi\u015ftir.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yaroslav Ha\u015fek\u2019in <em>Aslan Asker \u015evayk<\/em> roman\u0131 &nbsp;(1921) \u015fovenizm histerisiyle dalga ge\u00e7erken, sava\u015f\u0131n felaketlerini ve anlams\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatan bir ta\u015flamad\u0131r. \u00c7ok sonra &nbsp;Bertolt Brecht, roman\u0131 oyunla\u015ft\u0131rarak (1943)&nbsp; \u015evayk\u2019\u0131 komik bir anti-militer karakter olarak II. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 sahnesine ta\u015f\u0131m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Oyunu san\u0131r\u0131m 1971\u2019de Dostlar Tiyatrosu\u2019nun Ankara turnesinde, AST\u2019ta izlemi\u015ftim. \u015evayk\u2019\u0131 Genco Erkal oynuyordu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asl\u0131nda ba\u015fka bir \u015fey yazacakt\u0131m fakat masan\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131na oturunca \u201csosyal \u015fovenizm\u201d kavram\u0131 akl\u0131ma d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Siyas\u00ee iktidar kat\u0131ndan pompalanan \u015fovenizm r\u00fczg\u00e2r\u0131 beni etkilemi\u015f olabilir. Ayr\u0131ca ABD\u2019de zenci Floyd\u2019u bo\u011farak \u00f6ld\u00fcren polisin ismi de tuhaf: Derek Chauvin! &nbsp;Her neyse\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu \u201csosyal \u015fovenizm,\u201d &nbsp;ayn\u0131 zamanda,&nbsp; her bak\u0131mdan iflas etmi\u015f, kuyru\u011fu s\u0131k\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f, d\u00fc\u015ferse yarg\u0131lanacak, d\u00fc\u015fmezse \u00fclkenin ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 bel\u00e2ya sokacak iktidarlar\u0131n ba\u015fvurduklar\u0131 son manivelad\u0131r. Kendi topra\u011f\u0131na ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne ba\u011fl\u0131 olan, normal bir hayat, sosyal g\u00fcvenlik, daha y\u00fcksek hayat standard\u0131ndan ba\u015fka bir \u015fey istemeyen halk\u0131n vatanseverlikten kaynaklanan saf ve do\u011fal milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fini al\u0131rlar, tarih\u00ee efsanelerle harmanlayarak onu b\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fcnyaya meydan okuyan, sadece d\u0131\u015f d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131 de\u011fil, \u00f6zellikle i\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131 tepelemeye haz\u0131r vah\u015fi ve kibirli bir g\u00fcce d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rlar. Bir yanda \u00fclkeyi ku\u015fatan muazzam d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131n yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck tehlikeler, \u00f6te yanda tehlikenin bertaraf edilmesi h\u00e2linde ula\u015f\u0131lacak muazzam imk\u00e2nlar vard\u0131r.&nbsp; Yapman\u0131z gereken tek \u015fey, iktidar\u0131n emirlerine sorgulamadan itaat etmek, ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131zdaki F\u00fchrer, Du\u00e7e, Caudillo ya da Reis her kimse, ona g\u00fcvenmektir. O her \u015feyi bilmekte, sizin yerinize d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcp karar vermekte ve s\u0131rat-\u0131 m\u00fcstakimle topunuzu selamet istikametinde sevk ve idare etmektedir. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fakat \u00f6te yanda, s\u00f6ylemin histeriye varan \u015fovenist boyutu ger\u00e7ek tehlikelerin var olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, paranoyak olman\u0131z da takip edilmedi\u011finiz anlam\u0131na gelmez. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u00c7akt\u0131rmadan bizi i\u00e7ine \u00e7ekmekte olan \u015fu \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc Emperyalist Payla\u015f\u0131m Sava\u015f\u0131 ko\u015fullar\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin t\u0131pk\u0131 Birinci Payla\u015f\u0131m Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019ndaki gibi Balkanlar-Ortado\u011fu-Kafkaslar anaforuna kap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmemek i\u00e7in ahmak olmak gerekir. &nbsp;Siyas\u00ee iktidar diplomatik imk\u00e2nlar\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zla kaybetmekte, ekonomik g\u00fc\u00e7le ve b\u00f6l\u00fcnmemi\u015f bir i\u00e7 cepheyle desteklenmeyen asker\u00ee g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc fazla &nbsp;\u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p kendi kitlesinde &nbsp;&nbsp;\u015fovenist bir dalgalanma yaratarak b\u00fct\u00fcn ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zlerden saklamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Sevr haritalar\u0131n\u0131n daha s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir s\u0131rada ekonominin denetimini kaybeden ve d\u0131\u015f politikada tam bir \u00e7\u0131kmaza saplanan siyas\u00ee iktidar \u015fovenizmi k\u00f6r\u00fckledik\u00e7e, bizatihi bir g\u00fcvenlik sorunu, vatan\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve milletin selameti i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck bir tehdit ve tehlike h\u00e2line gelmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00f6yle durumlarda siyas\u00ee iktidar\u0131n ak\u0131ll\u0131 olmas\u0131, sorumluluklar\u0131 payla\u015fmas\u0131, ad\u0131n\u0131 koymasa bile b\u00fct\u00fcn tarihsel \u00f6rneklerde g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi bir t\u00fcr \u201csava\u015f kabinesi\u201dyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131; tecr\u00fcbeli diplomatlar\u0131n, askerlerin, ileti\u015fim uzmanlar\u0131n\u0131n politik kayg\u0131lardan uzak bir tutumla strateji \u00fcretmelerine izin vermesi gerekir. &nbsp;\u201cKooptasyon\u201d (dahil etme,&nbsp; kararlar\u0131n olu\u015fturuldu\u011fu alan\u0131 geni\u015fletme) i\u015fini beceremeyen siyas\u00ee iktidar\u0131n&nbsp; korona salg\u0131n\u0131yla birle\u015fen a\u011f\u0131r iktisadi krize eklenen sava\u015f ko\u015fullar\u0131nda,&nbsp; tek marifeti \u0130ngilizce konu\u015fmak olan gen\u00e7ler, \u0130hvanc\u0131 akademisyenler, \u00f6zelle\u015ftirmeci i\u015f adamlar\u0131ndan olu\u015fan bir avu\u00e7 dan\u0131\u015fmanla Saray odalar\u0131na kapan\u0131p memleketin kaderine h\u00fckmetmek i\u00e7in debelenmesi, ileride tarihe ge\u00e7ecek b\u00fcy\u00fck bir sorumsuzluk olur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7ok tuhaf bir d\u00f6nemden ge\u00e7mekte oldu\u011fumuzu kabul etmek durumunday\u0131z. Kendisini hangi ruhsal s\u00e2iklerle, neden lider gibi g\u00f6stermeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlayamad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z (kendinize bir sorun bakal\u0131m, liderler ne yapm\u0131\u015flar, nas\u0131l davranm\u0131\u015flar da lider olmu\u015flar!), hayat\u0131nda tek bir sahici politik ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 olmayan, askerlik bile yapmam\u0131\u015f karakter sahibi politik \u015fahsiyet, elinde silah\u0131 para\u015f\u00fctle sava\u015f meydan\u0131na atlam\u0131\u015f, \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc askerlik mesle\u011fine vermi\u015f emekli generale, mealen, \u201csen askerlikten anlamazs\u0131n, biz partide toplant\u0131 yap\u0131p senin askerlik mesle\u011finden anlamad\u0131\u011f\u0131na karar verdik zaten\u201d diyebiliyor mesela ve &nbsp;bu ac\u0131kl\u0131 durum medyada e\u011flenceli bir magazin konusuna d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febiliyor. &nbsp;\u0130spanyol \u0130\u00e7 Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019ndan (1936-39) hemen \u00f6nce k\u00f6yl\u00fcler pistte dans eden subaylar\u0131n \u00fczerine hakaret olsun diye canl\u0131 tavuk f\u0131rlat\u0131rlarm\u0131\u015f.
