Burada bir sorun yok. &nbsp;\u0130nsan topluluklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc oldu\u011fu her yerde se\u00e7kinler vard\u0131r. Sanat ve bilim alan\u0131nda eserleriyle ve bilimsel geli\u015fmeye katk\u0131lar\u0131yla \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan ki\u015filer, &nbsp;ger\u00e7ek devlet adamlar\u0131, \u201cmon\u015fer\u201d denilen sahici diplomatlar, devrimlere ve&nbsp; reformlara \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck eden kadrolar toplumun se\u00e7kinleridir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fakat \u201cse\u00e7kincilikten\u201d (elitizm) s\u00f6z etti\u011fimiz zaman i\u015fin \u015fekli de\u011fi\u015fir ve&nbsp; halk kitlelerinin yarat\u0131c\u0131 etkinlikten ya da kendini y\u00f6netme yetene\u011finden yoksun oldu\u011funu, bu t\u00fcrden etkinlik ve yetene\u011fin sadece se\u00e7kinlerle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 oldu\u011funu savunmak gibi tart\u0131\u015fmal\u0131 bir durum ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar.&nbsp; Elbette b\u00f6yle bir se\u00e7kincili\u011fi kuvvetle savunmak Jakoben&nbsp; bir y\u00f6netim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na, giderek s\u0131radan insanlara tepeden bakan kibirli bir tutuma yol a\u00e7ar.
