Bu durumda anayasal rejimden ve kanunlardan bir me\u015fruiyet \u00e7\u0131karma imk\u00e2n\u0131 azal\u0131r, neyin me\u015fru oldu\u011fu tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ba\u015flar, tan\u0131mlar de\u011fi\u015fir. \u0130nsanlar \u015feyhin kerametine bel ba\u011flamak ile me\u015fru bir m\u00fccadeleye girmek aras\u0131nda tercih yapmak zorunda kal\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asl\u0131nda a\u011f\u0131r kriz ko\u015fullar\u0131nda \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm arayan b\u00fct\u00fcn insanlar kesinlikle zihinsel bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ge\u00e7irirler. Kendi (iyi) niyetlerine g\u00f6re hipotezler olu\u015fturup, tarihsel olaylar\u0131n bu hipotezleri do\u011frulamas\u0131n\u0131 beklerler, hatta optik bir yan\u0131lsamayla her olayda kendi hipotezlerini do\u011frulayacak bir \u015fey bulurlar. Y\u0131llarca \u00e7ok uluslu \u015firketlerin her dedi\u011fini yapm\u0131\u015f, \u00fclkenin b\u00fct\u00fcn iktisadi de\u011ferlerini d\u00fcnya piyasalar\u0131nda sat\u0131p yeni zenginler s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131na yedirmi\u015f, yabanc\u0131lar istiyor diye t\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fc pancar\u0131 yok etmi\u015f, tar\u0131m\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6kertmi\u015f, d\u0131\u015f politikada emperyalizmin ta\u015feronlu\u011funa de\u011fi\u015fmez aday olarak \u015fahs\u0131n\u0131 her y\u00f6nde pazarlam\u0131\u015f birinin, iktidar\u0131 tehlikeye girince ans\u0131z\u0131n dramatik bir de\u011fi\u015fimle kendi z\u0131dd\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fece\u011fine inanmak, tutarl\u0131 izaha muhta\u00e7 bir temenni olman\u0131n \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7emez. Burada diyalektikten de\u011fil, ancak metafizikten s\u00f6z edilebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elbette b\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fcnyada oldu\u011fu gibi T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de devlet a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 iktisadi model aray\u0131\u015f\u0131 var. Hayat\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn alanlar\u0131nda planlama gerekiyor. Devlet, ekonomiye m\u00fcdahale edecek \u015fekilde yeniden \u00f6rg\u00fctlenecek, \u00e7ok kutuplu d\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir gere\u011fi olarak yeni ittifaklar kurulacak. Fakat b\u00f6yle bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc ancak farkl\u0131 kadrolar\u0131n siyas\u00ee iktidar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirebilir.
