D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131yla birlikte, ismindeki Cermanik t\u0131n\u0131dan kurtularak Petrograd ad\u0131n\u0131 alm\u0131\u015f, Ekim devriminden sonra Leningrad olmu\u015f ve 1991\u2019de&nbsp; ya\u015fanan kar\u015f\u0131devrimle birlikte yeniden St. Petersburg\u2019a d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. \u0130sim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fiyle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalmayan k\u00f6kl\u00fc de\u011fi\u015fimler, Paris, Milano, Berlin, Madrid hatta Pekin (Beijing) gibi pek \u00e7ok kent i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erlidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayn\u0131 kader, ayn\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fimler, g\u00f6rece \u00e7ok k\u0131sa bir tarihi olan ve \u015fu s\u0131rada \u0130. Ankara karanl\u0131kt\u0131r, tozludur, rak\u0131m\u0131 y\u00fcksektir. Cumhuriyetin kurucular\u0131 kenti ba\u015fkent ilan etmeden \u00f6nce bu rak\u0131mda ve bu iklimde bitki yeti\u015fir mi, insan ya\u015far m\u0131, diye tart\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Semboller<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ankara ayn\u0131 zamanda bir semboller kenti olmu\u015ftur. &nbsp;Cumhuriyet\u2019in kurucular\u0131 Balkan k\u00f6kenli olduklar\u0131 i\u00e7in 1930\u2019larda in\u015fa edilen resmi binalar ve konutlar&nbsp; Balkan mimarisini yans\u0131t\u0131r. Mithatpa\u015fa, Me\u015frutiyet, Selanik, Necatibey, Ziyag\u00f6kalp, Tunal\u0131hilmi, Re\u015fitgalip gibi anlaml\u0131 isimler ta\u015f\u0131yan caddelerin&nbsp;&nbsp; bah\u00e7eli m\u00fcstakil evlerinden tek bir \u00f6rnek&nbsp; kalmad\u0131ysa da, bu mimarinin izleri bakanl\u0131k binalar\u0131nda, Genel Kurmay Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n eski binas\u0131nda ve Bah\u00e7elievler\u2019in ara sokaklar\u0131ndaki say\u0131s\u0131 gittik\u00e7e azalan m\u00fcstakil evlerde g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. &nbsp;1930\u2019lar\u0131n resmi binalar\u0131 \u00e7i\u00e7ekli&nbsp; avlularla \u00e7evrelenmi\u015ftir ve cumbay\u0131 and\u0131ran \u00e7\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 vard\u0131r. Eski bakanl\u0131k binalar\u0131nda bu \u00f6zellikler h\u00e2l\u00e2 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. &nbsp;Devletin resmi ideolojisini simgeleyen ve bir Akropolis\u2019i and\u0131ran An\u0131tkabir,&nbsp; 1953\u2019ten itibaren kentin profiline h\u00e2kim olmu\u015ftur. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Askeri binalar&nbsp; bu egemen ideoloji sembolizmini daha sonraki y\u0131llarda iyice g\u00f6ze batar hale getirmi\u015ftir. \u015eehrin i\u00e7inde k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck k\u0131\u015flalar, askeri birlikler vb. vard\u0131r. Yetmi\u015fli y\u0131llarda TBMM\u2019nin hemen \u00f6tesinde, beton, mermer, \u00e7elik ve camdan yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f askeri binalar y\u00fckselmi\u015ftir.&nbsp; Bah\u00e7elerinde bitkiye pek yer verilmeyen, bunun yerine d\u00fcnyay\u0131 pen\u00e7eleyen kartal heykelleri ya da dev gemici \u00e7apalar\u0131 ya da piyade t\u00fcfe\u011fini tehditk\u00e2r bir ed\u00e2yla g\u00f6\u011fe do\u011fru kald\u0131rm\u0131\u015f komando heykelleri bulunan bu g\u00fc\u00e7 ve kudret sembol\u00fc binalar, mermer s\u00fctunlar\u0131 ve i\u015flemeli y\u00fcksek tavanlar\u0131yla insana Nazi esteti\u011finin mimar\u0131 Albert Speer\u2019in \u00f6zg\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlat\u0131rken, Balkan mimarisinden k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir kopu\u015fu da yans\u0131t\u0131r. Uzaktan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bir atom reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc and\u0131ran ve camla kapl\u0131 y\u00fczeyinden Ankara\u2019ya asker ye\u015fili \u0131\u015f\u0131klar sa\u00e7an yeni Ordu Evi\u2019nin&nbsp; be\u015f y\u0131ld\u0131zl\u0131 otelleri aratmayacak kadar l\u00fcks oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenir. Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 K\u00f6\u015fk\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn geni\u015f m\u00fc\u015ftemilat\u0131nda kuvvet komutanlar\u0131n\u0131n ikametg\u00e2hlar\u0131 ve mek\u00e2n\u0131 koruyan, bazen de teslim alan bir Muhaf\u0131z Alay\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu mek\u00e2nlara, Bol\u015fevik ya da entel kesimli de olsa sakall\u0131lar\u0131n ya da her ne surette olursa olsun ba\u015f\u0131 \u00f6rt\u00fcl\u00fc han\u0131mlar\u0131n girmesine izin verilmez. Buralarda g\u00f6ze batan ibadethanelere de yer yoktur. Devlet esas olarak bu mek\u00e2nlardan y\u00f6netilir; milletin&nbsp; ya da ba\u015fka deyi\u015fle a\u015firetlerin, tarikatlar\u0131n ve sonradan g\u00f6rme zenginlerin paray\u0131 bast\u0131r oyu al y\u00f6ntemiyle temsil edildikleri TBMM ile bu kutsal mek\u00e2nlar aras\u0131nda zaman zaman muht\u0131ralar ve darbelerle patlak veren s\u00fcrekli bir gerilim ya\u015fan\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fakat bu egemen sembolizm 1970\u2019lerde bir meydan okumayla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.&nbsp; \u0130n\u015fas\u0131na 1967\u2019de ba\u015flanan ve minareleri kentin her yerinden g\u00f6r\u00fclen dev bir cami An\u0131tkabir\u2019e meydan okurcas\u0131na Kocatepe \u00fczerinde y\u00fckselmi\u015f ve resmi ideolojinin kent \u00fczerindeki h\u00e2kimiyetini sorgulamaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. &nbsp;Bir ka\u00e7 y\u0131l sonra, bu kez tamamen farkl\u0131 nitelikte yeni bir sembolik meydan okuma \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ortaya. \u00c7ankaya\u2019n\u0131n en y\u00fcksek yerine in\u015fa edilen ve Ankara\u2019n\u0131n ba\u015fkent olu\u015funun 66. y\u0131ld\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcnde Turgut \u00d6zal taraf\u0131ndan hizmete a\u00e7\u0131lan Atakule, &nbsp;egemen ideolojiye kar\u015f\u0131&nbsp;&nbsp; liberal kapitalist k\u00fcresel postmodernizmin bir simgesi olarak&nbsp; kentin profilini de\u011fi\u015ftirmi\u015f ve&nbsp; onun&nbsp; en eski tarihini simgeleyen Ankara Kalesi\u2019ne tepeden bakmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 12 Eyl\u00fcl\u2019de bu Ankara Kalesi\u2019nin en tepesine devasa bir T\u00fcrk bayra\u011f\u0131 dikilmi\u015f ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc projekt\u00f6rlerle ayd\u0131nlat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. D\u0131\u015far\u0131da sadece asker ve polis ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n dola\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131, insanlar\u0131n evlerinden al\u0131n\u0131p toplama merkezlerine g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fckleri&nbsp; o uzun soka\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kma yasa\u011f\u0131 gecelerinde&nbsp; o bayrak,&nbsp; yabanc\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 ve \u00fcrk\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fc bir anlam kazanarak, kentin \u00fczerinde her \u015feye meydan okurcas\u0131na dalgalan\u0131p dururdu. Bence bu g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc Ankara\u2019daki sembolizmin \u015fahikas\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ankara ger\u00e7ekten de bir semboller kentidir. R.T. Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n \u00c7ankaya\u2019daki Ba\u015fbakanl\u0131k Konutu\u2019na ta\u015f\u0131nacak yerde Ke\u00e7i\u00f6ren\u2019de&nbsp; ik\u00e2met etmesi bir sembolizmdir mesela. &nbsp;&nbsp;Ankara\u2019da h\u00e2kim ideolojinin, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc solculukla birlikte \u00c7ankaya il\u00e7esinin s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131na \u00e7ekilmi\u015f olmas\u0131; geri kalan Ankara\u2019n\u0131n, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir \u0130sl\u00e2mi \u00e2lem olu\u015fturan Pursaklar\u2019dan ba\u015flayarak ku\u015fatma tahkimat\u0131n\u0131 gittik\u00e7e g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmesi, muazzam bir sembolik de\u011fer ta\u015f\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bildi\u011fimiz Ankara art\u0131k k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f ve \u00c7ankaya il\u00e7esinden ibaret kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kenti kocaman bir ta\u015fraya \u00e7eviren; Laz m\u00fcteahhitlerin icad\u0131 olan, \u0130slami motiflerle s\u00fcsl\u00fc ve r\u00fck\u00fc\u015f apartmanlar\u0131n \u00fcz\u00fcm salk\u0131m\u0131 gibi \u00fcst \u00fcste binmesini bir imar devrimi sanan; bulvarlar\u0131 kendi elleriyle bozup tan\u0131nmaz hale getiren; ye\u015fil alanlar\u0131 k\u00f6yl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn simgesi olan, ke\u00e7i, \u00e7oban, ibrik heykelleri ve yapay \u015felalelerle dolduran; muazzam beton alanlar\u0131n orta yerinde devasa g\u00f6letler olu\u015fturarak bo\u011fucu cemaat cennetleri yaratan; Esenbo\u011fa yolundaki t\u00fcnelleri d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en pahal\u0131 mermerleriyle d\u00f6\u015feten, l\u00e2kin altyap\u0131y\u0131 ihmal ederek vatanda\u015f\u0131n\u0131 aptest alacak sudan mahrum b\u0131rakan \u0130. Melih G\u00f6k\u00e7ek, \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki belediye se\u00e7imlerinde \u00c7ankaya\u2019y\u0131 da o\u011fluna almak istemektedir. Her \u015feyden \u00f6nce televizyon yoktur. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla muazzam bir sosyal hayat vard\u0131r. \u0130nsanlar birbirini tan\u0131r, ailece g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr, trafi\u011fin neredeyse hi\u00e7 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sokaklar \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n, m\u00fczikli <em>caf\u00e9<\/em>\u2019ler ve pastaneler gen\u00e7lerindir. \u0130nsanlar i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ya\u015farlar. Ak\u015fam gezmelerinde K\u0131z\u0131lay\u2019da kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fan aile reisleri f\u00f6tr \u015fapkalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kararak birbirlerini selamlarlar. Ankara, eylemde \u0130stanbul\u2019un biraz gerisine d\u00fc\u015fse de, devrimci m\u00fccadelenin fikir merkeziydi. Gelece\u011fin daha iyi, daha devrimci, daha k\u00fclt\u00fcrel, daha ayd\u0131nl\u0131k olaca\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131l\u0131rd\u0131. Bu&nbsp; tuhaf \u00fclkenin R\u00f6nesans y\u0131llar\u0131yd\u0131 onlar. 12 Mart Muht\u0131ras\u0131, K\u0131z\u0131ldere Katliam\u0131 ve Deniz\u2019lerin idam\u0131 bu d\u00f6nemin sonunu belirler. Arkadan gelen ku\u015faklar, o d\u00f6nemin solcu profiline, geni\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne, ya\u015fama sevincine ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel birikimine asla ula\u015famad\u0131lar.
