Daha da tuhaf\u0131, asker\u00ee vesayetin yerine ter\u00f6r vesayetinin ge\u00e7ti\u011fini \u00f6\u011freniyoruz.&nbsp; Bu vesayet muhabbetinde incelikli bir \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma yoluyla yap\u0131lan asker\/ter\u00f6r benze\u015ftirmesi g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peki ya ana muhalefet?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bilmece bulmaca a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan onun da Saray Devleti\u2019nden a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 kal\u0131r yan\u0131 yok. Yerel Se\u00e7im ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcne yatabilece\u011fini ya da onu rozet gibi yakas\u0131na takabilece\u011fini, \u00e7er\u00e7eveletip duvara asabilece\u011fini, \u00fcst\u00fcne bas\u0131p y\u00fckselerek ilk se\u00e7imlerde iktidara gelebilece\u011fini sanan CHP, se\u00e7menin beklentisini bo\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131. Yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 hayal k\u0131r\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131rt\u0131l\u0131 bo\u015f konu\u015fmalarla feryat figan gidermeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se\u00e7men, oy verdi\u011fi partinin AKP\u2019ye cepheden taarruza ge\u00e7erek erken se\u00e7imi zorlamas\u0131n\u0131, en sert muhalefetle, hatta Sedat Pekervari if\u015faatla \u00fclkeyi aya\u011fa kald\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131 beklerken, Say\u0131n \u00d6zel \u201cuzla\u015fma\u201d \u00f6nerdi ve erken se\u00e7im istemedi\u011fini ilan etti.&nbsp; Say\u0131n Reis ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 pas\u0131 aya\u011f\u0131nda bekletip \u201cyumu\u015fama\u201ddan s\u00f6z ettikten sonra ans\u0131z\u0131n ortalay\u0131p ilerledi ve var g\u00fcc\u00fcyle CHP\u2019ye sald\u0131rd\u0131. Kayyum, konser, soru\u015fturma, kovu\u015fturma derken Devlet\u2019in g\u00fc\u00e7lerini CHP\u2019nin \u00fczerine sald\u0131. Bunun \u00fczerine Say\u0131n \u00d6zel, erken se\u00e7im demeye ba\u015flad\u0131 ve \u201cBundan sonra bir ad\u0131m daha atarsan ge\u00e7mi\u015fteki her t\u00fcrl\u00fc rezilli\u011finizi anlataca\u011f\u0131m\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daha \u00f6nce niye anlatmad\u0131? Bu da bir muamma!&nbsp; Normalle\u015felim, birbirimizi idare edelim, rezilli\u011fimize kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 olarak g\u00f6z yumal\u0131m, bizim a\u00e7 m\u00fcteahhitler de belediyelerden biraz nemalans\u0131nlar diye Reis\u2019e teklifte mi bulundu acaba? &nbsp;\u201cSistem b\u00f6yle a\u011fbicim, izin ver biz de biraz yolumuzu bulal\u0131m\u201d muhabbeti!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Say\u0131n Reis, kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki \u00fc\u00e7 ba\u015fl\u0131 ana muhalefet partisinin zaaflar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcp sald\u0131r\u0131ya ge\u00e7ince, siyas\u00ee m\u00fccadele\/pazarl\u0131k ans\u0131z\u0131n kontrolden \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131 ve taraflar\u0131n kirli \u00e7ama\u015f\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya d\u00f6ken \u00f6\u011fretici bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 ba\u015flad\u0131. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CHP\u2019nin normal bir demokratik \u00fclkenin iktidar partisiyle de\u011fil, Devlet olarak \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmi\u015f bir Saray partisiyle pazarl\u0131k\/normalle\u015fme ya da m\u00fccadele s\u00fcrecinde oldu\u011funu bu saate kadar anlam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 gerekirdi. Devlet\u2019e kar\u015f\u0131 se\u00e7ime giren siyas\u00ee partinin mutlaka alternatif bir devlet tasar\u0131m\u0131na sahip olmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neyse uzatmayal\u0131m, toplam duruma gelelim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toplam durum \u00e7ok vahim fakat cidd\u00ee de\u011fil. Buradan hi\u00e7bir yere gidilemez.&nbsp; Bunu herkesin idrak etmesini isterim. Normal say\u0131larak tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lan g\u00fcn\u00fcbirlik \u015feyler bir Devlet sisteminde ya da h\u00fck\u00fcmet idaresinde rastlanmayacak \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde sa\u00e7mala\u015ft\u0131. Bu sa\u00e7mal\u0131\u011f\u0131n alt\u0131nda ya da \u00fcst\u00fcnde bir akl\u0131n, strateji ya da takti\u011fin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye siyasiler rant payla\u015fs\u0131nlar diye yap\u0131lan bir se\u00e7im yar\u0131\u015f\u0131na mahk\u00fbm edildi. Kurduklar\u0131 sistem siyaseti yozla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131, yozla\u015fma topluma sirayet etmeye ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saray\u2019\u0131n saltanat\u0131 s\u00fcrs\u00fcn diye Anayasa yap\u0131l\u0131r m\u0131?
