Her ileri at\u0131l\u0131m insan zihninin serbestle\u015fti\u011fi bir zaman aral\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan gelmi\u015ftir. Ancak at\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131 serbestle\u015fme aral\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n geni\u015flemesini kendili\u011finden sa\u011flamam\u0131\u015f, sonraki d\u00f6nemlerde daralmas\u0131n\u0131 da engellememi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Demek ki maddi d\u00fcnyan\u0131n geli\u015fimi kendili\u011finden insan zihninin geli\u015fimine yol a\u00e7m\u0131yor. \u0130nsanlar\u0131n her durumda, her a\u015famada s\u00fcrekli olarak topluca ve bilin\u00e7li bir \u00e7aba g\u00f6stermeleri, tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeleri, direnmeleri gerekiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bizde bu \u00e7aba g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6zellikle 1924-1937 aras\u0131nda dinin yurtta\u015fla ve Devlet\u2019le olan ili\u015fkisinde esasl\u0131 reformlar yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hilafet\u2019in kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131ndan Medeni Kanun\u2019un kabul\u00fcne, tevhid-i tedrisattan tek tip bilimsel e\u011fitime, laiklik ilkesinden ezan\u0131n T\u00fcrk\u00e7e okunmas\u0131na kadar pek \u00e7ok reform iki ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131n (biz ve bizden \u00f6nceki) zihinsel \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve geli\u015fimini sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015eimdi sarkac\u0131n tersine hareketine, insan zihnini yeniden dinin k\u0131lavuzlu\u011funa tabi k\u0131lma giri\u015fimine tan\u0131k oluyoruz. Bu geriye do\u011fru sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n birka\u00e7 y\u0131l sonra tam tersine d\u00f6nece\u011fi kesindir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;\u0130nsan zihninin \u00f6n\u00fcndeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck engel kurumsalla\u015fm\u0131\u015f, \u00f6rgenle\u015fmi\u015f ya da devletle\u015fmi\u015f dindir.&nbsp; &nbsp;Hele ki din\u00ee toplulu\u011fu, cemaati, \u00fcmmeti millet olarak tan\u0131mlamak, engelleyici olman\u0131n da \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7er. Zamanla ortada ne din ne de ulus-devlet kal\u0131r. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cumhuriyet\u2019i kuran devrimciler insanlar\u0131 dinde birle\u015ftirerek millet olunamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 biliyorlard\u0131. Mesela Mustafa Kemal \u015f\u00f6yle demi\u015ftir: &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDin birli\u011finin de bir millet te\u015fkilinde m\u00fcessir oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyenler vard\u0131r. Fakat biz \u2026 T\u00fcrk milleti tablosunda bunun aksini kabul etmekteyiz. T\u00fcrkler Araplar\u0131n dinini kabul etmeden \u00f6nce de b\u00fcy\u00fck milletti. Bu dini kabul ettikten sonra, bu din ne Araplar\u0131n ne ayn\u0131 dinde bulunan Acemlerin ve ne de sairenin T\u00fcrklerle birle\u015fip bir millet te\u015fkil etmelerine tesir etmedi. Bil\u00e2kis, T\u00fcrk milletinin mill\u00ee ba\u011flar\u0131n\u0131 gev\u015fetti; mill\u00ee hislerini, mill\u00ee heyecan\u0131n\u0131 uyu\u015fturdu. Bu pek tabiiydi. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Muhammed\u2019in kurdu\u011fu dinin gayesi, b\u00fct\u00fcn milliyetlerin fevkinde (\u00fczerinde), \u015f\u00e2mil (kapsay\u0131c\u0131) bir \u00fcmmet siyaseti idi\u201d (<em>Meden\u00ee Bilgiler<\/em>, TTK Yay\u0131nlar\u0131 1969, s. 21).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laiklik 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda Arap milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fine de yol g\u00f6stermi\u015fti.
