{"id":141,"date":"2020-04-17T10:41:10","date_gmt":"2020-04-17T08:41:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/yavuzalogan.com\/?p=141"},"modified":"2020-07-05T10:43:12","modified_gmt":"2020-07-05T08:43:12","slug":"vatan-sairi-namik-kemal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/yavuzalogan.com\/?p=141","title":{"rendered":"VATAN \u015eA\u0130R\u0130 NAMIK KEMAL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Yavuz Alogan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u00d6nde kol kola girmi\u015f mahk\u00fbmlar, arkada kafile olmu\u015f aileler, Hapishane-i Kebir\u2019den zaptiye ku\u015fatmas\u0131 alt\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131karak Ayasofya Camii\u2019ne do\u011fru y\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcler, tramvay caddesinden So\u011fuk\u00e7e\u015fme\u2019nin \u00f6n\u00fcne indiler. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sultan Abd\u00fclaziz vatanseverleri s\u00fcrg\u00fcne g\u00f6nderiyordu. <em>\u0130bret<\/em> gazetesi kapat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, mahkeme h\u00fckm\u00fc olmadan Nam\u0131k Kemal\u2019in Magosa\u2019ya, Menapirz\u00e2de Nuri ve Bereketz\u00e2de Hakk\u0131 Beyler\u2019in Akk\u00e2\u2019ya, Ahmet Mithat ve Eb\u00fczziya Tevfik Beylerin Rodos\u2019a nef\u2019i (s\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u00fc) i\u00e7in padi\u015fah ferman\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. 9 Nisan 1873 g\u00fcn\u00fc mahk\u00fbmlar <em>Dakhaliyye<\/em> vapuruyla \u0130stanbul\u2019dan uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131lar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mithat Cemal Kuntay, Nam\u0131k Kemal biyografisinde (ALFA, 2018), yol boyunca dizilen ahalinin mahk\u00fbmlar gemiye binene kadar onlar\u0131 yaln\u0131zca g\u00f6zleriyle takip etti\u011fini, ne bir tezah\u00fcrat ne de n\u00fcmayi\u015f oldu\u011funu, matbuat\u0131n ise sessizli\u011fe g\u00f6m\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yazar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aylar sonra Nam\u0131k Kemal, <em>Hadika<\/em>&nbsp; gazetesinde N.K imzas\u0131yla \u015f\u00f6yle yazacakt\u0131: \u201cHamiyyetli zannetti\u011fimiz adamlar i\u00e7inde, tuttu\u011fu fikri, ihtiyar etti\u011fi mesle\u011fi, do\u011frudan do\u011fruya, her kimin kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda olursa olsun meydana koyarak bahs-\u00fc m\u00fczakereye (tart\u0131\u015fma konusu etmeye) cesaret edecek, memleketimizde on ki\u015fi var m\u0131d\u0131r?\u201d &nbsp;(s. 909).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oysa s\u00fcrg\u00fcnden birka\u00e7 g\u00fcn \u00f6nce, 5 Nisan\u2019da, Nam\u0131k Kemal\u2019in yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 <em>Vatan Piyesi <\/em>&nbsp;&nbsp;G\u00fcll\u00fc Agob\u2019un Gedikpa\u015fa tiyatrosunda sahnelenmi\u015f, b\u00fct\u00fcn \u0130stanbul aya\u011fa kalkm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.&nbsp; Mithat Cemal Kuntay, o geceyi \u015f\u00f6yle anlat\u0131yor: \u201cMah\u015feri tiyatro alm\u0131yordu. Birdenbire bir anda sahne, salon, oyun, hepsi tek kelimeydi: Vatan (\u2026).&nbsp; Bu kelime sahneden soka\u011fa f\u0131rlayacak, eve, mektebe, k\u0131\u015flaya dalacak, k\u0131l\u0131\u00e7tan ve kalemden damlayacakt\u0131. Asker saflar\u0131yla i\u00e7 i\u00e7e, nesillerle ba\u015f ba\u015fa, y\u0131llarla omuz omuza ko\u015facakt\u0131\u201d (s. 609).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frans\u0131z Devrimi\u2019nin etkileri Osmanl\u0131 \u00fclkesine bu t\u00fcrden heyecanlarla geldi. Gen\u00e7 Osmanl\u0131lar, H\u00fcrriyet, M\u00fcsavat ve Uhuvvet (\u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, E\u015fitlik, Karde\u015flik) istiyorlard\u0131. Vatan ve Millet kavramlar\u0131, Mem\u00e2lik-i \u015e\u00e2h\u00e2ne (Padi\u015fah\u2019\u0131n \u00fclkesi) kavram\u0131yla ilk kez kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya geliyordu. Ancak madd\u00ee \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 birbiriyle \u00e7eli\u015fen sosyal s\u0131n\u0131flar hen\u00fcz belirmemi\u015fti; mesela Frans\u0131z Devrimi\u2019ndeki gibi kendisini Soylu ve Ruhban s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131ndan giderek ay\u0131ran bir <em>Tiers-\u00c9tat<\/em> (burjuvazi, zanaatk\u00e2rlar, emek\u00e7iler ve k\u00f6yl\u00fcler) olu\u015fmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Maddi ve s\u0131n\u0131fsal temel olmay\u0131nca fikirler kitleleri tutu\u015fturam\u0131yordu. Nam\u0131k Kemal bunun fark\u0131ndayd\u0131: \u201cBiz kelime oyunu yap\u0131yoruz, Avrupal\u0131lar fikir oyunu yap\u0131yor. (\u2026) Lisan \u00f6yle ta\u015f kovu\u011funda yeti\u015fen incir a\u011fac\u0131 gibi kendi kendine kemal bulmaz\u201d (s. 931). &nbsp;Fakat halk\u0131n kay\u0131ts\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yine de vatanseverleri yaral\u0131yordu. \u00d6te yanda, \u201ck\u00f6yl\u00fcy\u00fc T\u00fcrk nesrinde ilk yazan Kemal\u201d idi (s. 1074).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sanayi devrimini anlamayan, s\u0131n\u0131f ve z\u00fcmreleri ayr\u0131\u015fmam\u0131\u015f \u00fclkede hanedan mensuplar\u0131 ile ihtilalciler aras\u0131nda yak\u0131n ili\u015fkiler vard\u0131. Yeni Osmanl\u0131lar, \u015eehzade Murat Efendi\u2019den me\u015frutiyet, meclis-i mebusan, kanun-\u0131 esasi (anayasa) bekliyorlard\u0131. \u015eehzade\u2019nin Kurba\u011fal\u0131dere\u2019deki k\u00f6\u015fk\u00fcnde Nam\u0131k Kemal, Ziya Pa\u015fa ve \u015einasi s\u0131k s\u0131k bir araya gelerek Abd\u00fclaziz sonras\u0131n\u0131 tart\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlard\u0131. Bu toplant\u0131lara zaman zaman, gelece\u011fin Ulu Hakan\u2019\u0131 \u015eehzade Abd\u00fclhamit de kat\u0131l\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abd\u00fclaziz\u2019in vatanseverlerden huylanarak onlar\u0131 s\u00fcrg\u00fcne g\u00f6ndermesinin esas sebebi <em>Vatan Piyesi<\/em>\u2019nden \u00e7ok Saray \u00e7evresinde cereyan eden bu t\u00fcrden ili\u015fkilerdi. Bu arada Nam\u0131k Kemal\u2019in \u015eehzade Murat\u2019\u0131 terbiye etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. \u015eehzade konu\u015furken anlam\u0131n\u0131 bilmedi\u011fi Frans\u0131zca kelimeler kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Nam\u0131k Kemal onu neredeyse azarl\u0131yor fakat arada \u201cEfendimiz, vatanperverlerin b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00fcmidi sizdedir\u201d demeyi de ihmal etmiyordu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nihayet kader a\u011flar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6rd\u00fc fakat olaylar ihtilalcilerin beklentilerine uygun d\u00fc\u015fmedi.&nbsp; Abd\u00fclaziz\u2019in esrarengiz bir saray darbesiyle devrilmesi ve \u015f\u00fcpheli \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn ad\u0131ndan \u201cilerici\u201d \u015fehzade, 30 May\u0131s 1876 g\u00fcn\u00fc &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;V. Sultan Murat nam\u0131yla tahta \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. &nbsp;&nbsp;Vatanseverler s\u00fcrg\u00fcnden kurtularak \u0130stanbul\u2019a avdet ettiler. &nbsp;B\u00f6ylece \u201cmill\u00ee padi\u015fah Murad, Mill\u00ee devlet adam\u0131 Mithat Pa\u015fa, mill\u00ee edebiyat\u00e7\u0131 Nam\u0131k Kemal\u201d (s. 1071) nihayet birle\u015fmi\u015f oldu. Lakin&nbsp; &nbsp;yeni padi\u015fah c\u00fcl\u00fbs t\u00f6reninden hemen sonra tuhaf davran\u0131\u015flar sergilemeye ba\u015flad\u0131. &nbsp;Tabanca, k\u0131l\u0131\u00e7 g\u00f6r\u00fcnce korku n\u00f6betleri ge\u00e7iriyor, Cuma selaml\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan firar etmeye, divan yolundan ka\u00e7\u0131p kendisini havuza atmaya te\u015febb\u00fcs ediyordu. Nihayet Padi\u015fah\u2019\u0131n \u201ctecenn\u00fcn\u201d etti\u011fi (\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131) anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. O sefil yarat\u0131ktan me\u015frutiyet devrimi bekleyen ink\u0131lap\u00e7\u0131lar kim bilir nas\u0131l bir hayal k\u0131r\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131na u\u011fram\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;31 Mart gerici isyan\u0131n\u0131 (1909) bast\u0131ran Hareket Ordusu Kumandan\u0131 Mahmut \u015eevket Pa\u015fa\u2019n\u0131n \u201cK\u00f6hne Bizans\u2019\u0131n Y\u0131ld\u0131z burcunda ikamet eden bayku\u015f!\u201d diye hayk\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 II. Abd\u00fclhamit tecenn\u00fcn \u015f\u00f6yle dursun s\u0131hhat ve afiyetle 33 y\u0131l h\u00fck\u00fcm s\u00fcrecekti. Peki \u201cilerici\u201d padi\u015fah V. Murat neden tecenn\u00fcn etmi\u015fti?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mithat Cemal basit bir a\u00e7\u0131klama getiriyor\u2026 \u0130ki \u015fehzade de &nbsp;&nbsp;i\u00e7ki ve kad\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fk\u00fcn\u00fcyd\u00fc. Fakat Murat\u2019\u0131n hekimi Kapoleon bu duruma ald\u0131rmazken; Abd\u00fclhamit\u2019in hekimi Mavroyani, \u201cBaba ve anan\u0131z gen\u00e7 ya\u015fta veremden \u00f6ld\u00fcler; kad\u0131ndan ve i\u00e7kiden vazge\u00e7mezseniz \u00e7abuk \u00f6l\u00fcrs\u00fcn\u00fcz\u201d (s. 1077) diyerek Abd\u00fclhamit\u2019i dizginliyordu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zaten bu son padi\u015fahlar ya &nbsp;\u201ctecenn\u00fcn\u201d ediyor ya da \u201cm\u00fcteverrim\u201d (verem) oluyor ve bu iki illetten fena h\u00e2lde korkuyorlard\u0131. Kitapta, V. Murat\u2019\u0131n biyografisini yazan tarih\u00e7i Emile de K\u00e9ratry\u2019den Osmanl\u0131 \u015fehzadelerinin bunal\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleyen \u00e7ok derin bir c\u00fcmle yer al\u0131yor: \u201cMurad, k\u00f6\u015fk\u00fcn\u00fcn harem dairesinde, a\u015fk\u0131 daha tohum h\u00e2lindeyken \u00f6ld\u00fcren cariye itaatinin melankolisi ortas\u0131nda ve dima\u011f me\u015fguliyetine imk\u00e2n vermeyen bir cehaletin devam\u0131 i\u00e7inde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in kendisini i\u00e7kiye vermi\u015fti, \u015farap ve mastika i\u00e7iyordu\u201d (a.g.y). &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neyse, konuyu da\u011f\u0131tmayal\u0131m\u2026. &nbsp;II. Abd\u00fclhamit tahta \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda me\u015frutiyet\u00e7i g\u00f6r\u00fcnd\u00fc.&nbsp; Derhal bir Kanun-\u0131 Esasi (Anayasa) komisyonu kurdu. Komisyonda \u201cd\u00f6rt t\u00fcrl\u00fc aza\u201d vard\u0131: Asker ve sivil pa\u015falar; sar\u0131kl\u0131 h\u00fck\u00fcmet adamlar\u0131; beyler ve efendiler; ink\u0131lap\u00e7\u0131lar.&nbsp; \u0130nk\u0131lap\u00e7\u0131lar, Ziya Pa\u015fa ve Nam\u0131k Kemal idi.&nbsp; Anayasa tasla\u011f\u0131n\u0131 Nam\u0131k Kemal, II. Abd\u00fclhamit\u2019e kendi eliyle sundu. Padi\u015fah memnuniyet g\u00f6sterisinde bulunarak Kemal\u2019e kendi has ah\u0131r\u0131ndan bir at hediye etti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Burada durup Mithat Cemal\u2019in tarih bilincini \u00f6vmek gerekir.&nbsp; Meselenin \u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle ortaya koyuyor: \u201cAbd\u00fclhamid, ink\u0131lap\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 aldatmakla, Mithat Pa\u015fa ile Ziya ve Kemal\u2019in y\u00fczlerine g\u00fclerek tahta \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131ktan bir m\u00fcddet sonra bunlar\u0131n hepsine birdenbire somurtup Meclis-i Mebusan\u2019\u0131 kapatmakla \u2018me\u015frutiyet\u2019ten kurtulaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Halbuki padi\u015fah\u0131n me\u015frutiyetsiz h\u00fck\u00fcmetini Mithat Pa\u015fa\u2019yla Kemal\u2019den ve Ziya\u2019dan ziyade, Avrupa\u2019da \u015fu d\u00f6rt tarih tehdit ediyordu: 1789, 1880, 1848, 1870. Bu rakamlar\u0131n manalar\u0131 vard\u0131: Kesilen h\u00fck\u00fcmdar kafalar\u0131 ve k\u0131r\u0131lan saltanat ta\u00e7lar\u0131\u201d (s. 1161).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abd\u00fclhamit de bu d\u00f6rt rakamdan haberdard\u0131 ku\u015fkusuz. Bu y\u00fczden Kanun-\u0131 Esasi\u2019ye&nbsp; 113. Madde\u2019yi ekletti: \u201cPolisin malumat-\u0131 mevsukas\u0131&nbsp; (belgeye dayal\u0131 olarak verdi\u011fi bilgiler) \u00fczerine&nbsp; taht-\u0131 \u015f\u00fcphede bulunanlar\u0131 zat-\u0131 hazreti padi\u015fah\u0131n\u0131n mem\u00e2lik-i \u015f\u00e2h\u00e2neden (\u00fclkeden) tard ve nefyetmeye (\u00e7\u0131karmaya, s\u00fcrmeye) hakk\u0131 vard\u0131r\u201d (s. 1146).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abd\u00fclhamit me\u015frutiyet aldatmacas\u0131n\u0131 ustaca oynad\u0131, zira \u201c\u015fehzadeli\u011finden beri, Mithat Pa\u015fa\u2019y\u0131, Kemal\u2019i ve arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 iyiden iyiye biliyordu; ve karar veriyordu ki bu adamlar\u0131n istedikleri \u015fey \u2018me\u015frutiyet\u2019de\u011fildi, \u2018cumhuriyet\u2019ti. Ve iki taraf birbirinden kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 korkuyorlard\u0131\u201d (s. 1169). Padi\u015fah\u2019\u0131n ger\u00e7ek niyetlerini g\u00f6rmezden gelerek onun yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201ciyi\u201d \u015feyleri \u00f6vme, k\u00f6t\u00fc \u015feyleri ise iyi gibi g\u00f6sterme huyunun o zaman da ge\u00e7erli oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Mesela Mihat Pa\u015fa, \u201cNe yapal\u0131m?\u201d diyordu, \u201cKanun-\u0131 Esasi, \u015fimdilik bizde bu kadar olabiliyor\u201d (s.1143).&nbsp; Saray\u2019a bel ba\u011flayacak yerde, \u0130talyan devrimcilerinin 1800\u2019lerde geli\u015ftirdikleri, k\u00f6m\u00fcr i\u015f\u00e7ileri ile Masonlar\u0131 birle\u015ftiren \u201cKarbonari\u201d tarz\u0131nda gizli \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeyi denemi\u015f olsalard\u0131, en az\u0131ndan tarihin ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 etkileyebilirlerdi. Bu \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme tarz\u0131 onlara uyard\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Belki o zaman da \u015fimdi oldu\u011fu gibi, Devlet-i Aliyye\u2019ye el kald\u0131rmak hayal bile edilemiyordu; \u201cher kulun ul\u00fb\u2019l emr\u2019e itaati muktezidir\u201d anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 zihinlere nak\u015folunmu\u015ftu ya da belki g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde iktidara h\u00fckmeden herkesi Devlet zannedenlerin fikriyat\u0131 o d\u00f6nemde k\u00f6k salm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Kuvay\u0131 Milliye ihtilalcili\u011finin bu eski k\u00f6kleri neden iplemedi\u011fini ve Mustafa Kemal\u2019in, en yak\u0131n arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 bile feda ederek o k\u00f6kleri nas\u0131l kopar\u0131p atabildi\u011fini de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek gerekir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neyse, konuyu da\u011f\u0131tmayal\u0131m\u2026 Kanun-\u0131 Esasi tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla birlikte Saray\u2019a ya\u011fmur gibi jurnal (ihbar) ya\u011fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. O s\u0131rada Mithat Pa\u015fa\u2019n\u0131n himayesinde b\u00fct\u00fcn vatanseverlerin i\u00e7inde yer ald\u0131klar\u0131 Hediyye-i Askeriyye ve As\u00e2kir-i Milliye isminde iki cemiyette ihtilal haz\u0131rland\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair haberler yay\u0131l\u0131yordu. Bu iki cemiyetin azalar\u0131 Nam\u0131k Kemal\u2019in \u015fiirlerinden esinlenerek s\u00f6ylenen vatan \u015fark\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 dillerinden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrm\u00fcyorlar, askeriyeyi Saray\u2019dan kopartarak halkla b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ftirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlard\u0131. Nam\u0131k Kemal\u2019in \u201cVatan \u015eark\u0131s\u0131\u201dn\u0131n Frans\u0131z devrimcilerinin, daha sonra b\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fcnya devrimcilerinin mar\u015f\u0131 olan \u201cLa Marseillaise\u201d gibi Osmanl\u0131 ihtil\u00e2linin mar\u015f\u0131 oldu\u011fu s\u00f6yleniyordu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u00c2m\u00e2limiz efk\u00e2r\u0131m\u0131z ikb\u00e2l-i vatand\u0131r\u2026 \/ Kan ile k\u0131l\u0131\u00e7t\u0131r g\u00f6r\u00fcnen bayra\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda\u2026 \/ Top patlas\u0131n ate\u015fleri etrafa sa\u00e7\u0131ls\u0131n\u2026 \/ D\u00fcnyada ne bulduk ki \u00f6l\u00fcmden de ka\u00e7\u0131ls\u0131n\u2026\u201d &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asl\u0131nda bu s\u00f6zler Marseillaise\u2019in \u015fu isyanc\u0131 s\u00f6zlerini \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131yor de\u011fildi: \u201cHaydi vatan\u0131n evlatlar\u0131 \/ Zafer g\u00fcn\u00fc geldi \/Tiranl\u0131k bize kar\u015f\u0131&nbsp; kanl\u0131 bayra\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kald\u0131rd\u0131\u2026\/ Silah ba\u015f\u0131na yurtta\u015flar \/ Taburlar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 olu\u015fturun \/&nbsp; Y\u00fcr\u00fcyelim, y\u00fcr\u00fcyelim \/Saf olmayan d\u00fc\u015fman kan\u0131yla \/ Tarlalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 sulayana kadar\u2026\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>II. Abd\u00fclhamit, ihtilal ate\u015fi bir kez alevlenip yay\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda onu s\u00f6nd\u00fcrmenin \u00e7ok zor olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 biliyordu. Neticede Mithat Pa\u015fa s\u00fcrg\u00fcne g\u00f6nderildi\u011fi Taif\u2019te muhaf\u0131zlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan zindanda bo\u011fularak \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. Ziya Pa\u015fa Adana s\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u00fc olarak, Nam\u0131k Kemal ise s\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Sak\u0131z Adas\u0131\u2019nda \u00f6ld\u00fc.
