Bu yorumu okudu\u011funuz zaman, toplumlar\u0131n hayat\u0131nda \u201cdevrim\u201d denilen d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmlerin s\u00fcreklilik i\u00e7inde k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli kesintilerden, ar\u0131zalardan ibaret oldu\u011funu \u00f6\u011frenmi\u015f oluyorsunuz. Frans\u0131zlar\u0131n fiyakal\u0131 deyi\u015fiyle \u201cAncient R\u00e9gime\u201din (eski rejim) gelenekleri ve yap\u0131lar\u0131yla alttan alta varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, gerici bir iktidar\u0131n uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 restorasyonla birlikte ba\u015fkald\u0131rabildi\u011fini anl\u0131yorsunuz.&nbsp; Kar\u015f\u0131devrimin g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc ta\u015feronlar\u0131 \u201cdevrim\u201din i\u00e7inden i\u015flerine yarayan unsurlar\u0131 (mesela \u201cdevlet\u00e7ilik\u201d) se\u00e7ip al\u0131yor, di\u011ferlerini ise (mesela \u201claiklik\u201d) g\u00f6rmezden geliyorlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Devrimler bir b\u00fct\u00fcnd\u00fcr, getirdikleri ilkeler aras\u0131ndan manavda domates se\u00e7er gibi ay\u0131klama yap\u0131lmaz. S\u00fcreklili\u011fini kaybeden bir devrimin tekrarlanmas\u0131 ya da ileriye do\u011fru a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekir. E\u011fer bunu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeyi beceremezseniz, eski rejimin ideolojisine, geleneklerine, kurumlar\u0131na zaman i\u00e7inde teslim olursunuz. Bir devrim ya s\u00fcrekli olur, \u201caras\u0131z\u201d devam eder, ya da tarihin karanl\u0131klar\u0131na g\u00f6m\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne oldu? \u201cAras\u0131z devrimler\u201d kesintiye mi u\u011frad\u0131? &nbsp;Nereye tak\u0131ld\u0131? \u0130deolojik ve teorik bagaj\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 bo\u015faltarak ya da ona gerici yorumlardan eklemeler yaparak ge\u00e7mi\u015fimizle mi bar\u0131\u015ft\u0131k?&nbsp; Devrimlerden geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011fu bu \u00fclkede \u00e7ok tart\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131.&nbsp; Bizim Ayd\u0131nlanma devrimimizden geriye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f oldu\u011funu ink\u00e2r edecek tek bir ki\u015fi \u00e7\u0131kabilir mi?&nbsp; Bug\u00fcn\u00fcn devrimcili\u011fi, Ayd\u0131nlanma devrimini sinsi gericili\u011fin pen\u00e7esinden kurtarmak ve ona s\u00fcreklilik kazand\u0131rmakt\u0131r. Sonras\u0131na bakar\u0131z!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Elbette her \u00fclkenin bir ge\u00e7mi\u015fi var. Fakat Osmanl\u0131 olmasayd\u0131 Mustafa Kemal olmazd\u0131 diye \u00f6zellikle vurgulamak, sa\u00e7mal\u0131kt\u0131r. Politik olarak fazlaca \u201cmaksatl\u0131\u201d olman\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, b\u00f6yle \u015feyler s\u00f6ylemek, anas\u0131 ve babas\u0131 olmasayd\u0131 Yavuz da olmazd\u0131 gibi bir totolojiye (bir \u015feyi kendi kapsam\u0131 i\u00e7inde tan\u0131mlamaya) var\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Asl\u0131nda bu anlay\u0131\u015f yeni ya da \u00f6zg\u00fcn de\u011fil. Mesela 1789 Frans\u0131z Devrimi\u2019nin gereksiz oldu\u011fu, geleneksel toplum yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 fazla etkilemedi\u011fi (Alexis de Tocqueville); 1917 Ekim Devrimi\u2019nin&nbsp; Rus tarihinde bir ar\u0131zadan ibaret oldu\u011fu (Putin: \u201cLenin\u2019in uydurdu\u011fu devlet yap\u0131s\u0131 Rus devlet gelene\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 oydu\u201d); Atat\u00fcrk \u0130nk\u0131l\u00e2plar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ise Osmanl\u0131 tarihinde sadece k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir parantez a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 &nbsp;ve bu &nbsp;parantezin AKP\u2019yle birlikte \u00e7ok \u015f\u00fck\u00fcr kapand\u0131\u011f\u0131 (siyas\u00ee \u0130slamc\u0131lar) s\u00f6ylenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bu t\u00fcrden gerici g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerin Yeni D\u00fcnya D\u00fczeni\u2019yle birlikte ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve ilk kez neoliberal k\u00fcreselle\u015fmenin ideologlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan kuvvetle savunuldu\u011funu biliyoruz. Mesela Huntington, 1996\u2019da&nbsp; devrimlerin etkisiz ve faydas\u0131z oldu\u011funu kan\u0131tlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken, \u201cyeniden tan\u0131mlanan kimlik\u201d kavram\u0131n\u0131 ortaya atm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00dclkemizde ne kadar entel dantel varsa bir iki y\u0131l sonra hep bir a\u011f\u0131zdan \u201ckimlik, kimlik!\u201d diye ba\u011f\u0131rmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Huntington\u2019a g\u00f6re devrimler toplumlar\u0131n geleneksel kimliklerini yeniden tan\u0131mlamalar\u0131na yol a\u00e7arak \u201ckarars\u0131z \u00fclkeler\u201d yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.&nbsp; Bu \u00fclkeler, i\u00e7inde bulunduklar\u0131 medeniyeti terk ederek ba\u015fka bir medeniyete ge\u00e7meyi ama\u00e7lam\u0131\u015flar fakat bu \u00e7abalar\u0131nda ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa u\u011fram\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Yeni kimlik edinme, yani devrim giri\u015fimi, kurumsal\/geleneksel uyum sorunlar\u0131na yol a\u00e7an kesintili ve ac\u0131l\u0131&nbsp; s\u00fcre\u00e7lere yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Huntington, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin de \u201ckarars\u0131z \u00fclke\u201d oldu\u011funu yazm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck filozoflar, mesela Apokaliptik (k\u0131yamet\u00e7i) Ortodoks H\u0131ristiyan mistisizminin savunucusu, bug\u00fcnk\u00fc Rusya\u2019y\u0131 \u201c\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc Roma\u201d yapmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan Alexandr Dugin,&nbsp; SSCB\u2019nin \u201cemperyal mill\u00ee gelene\u011fin devamc\u0131s\u0131\u201d oldu\u011funu \u00f6ne s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr (<em>Rus Jeopoliti\u011fi<\/em>, K\u00fcre 2005, s. 33).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yani bunlar diyorlar ki devrim yapmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131n, yapt\u0131ysan\u0131z da vazge\u00e7in; kadim kurumlar\u0131n\u0131za ve geleneklerinize ba\u011fl\u0131 kal\u0131n, onlar\u0131 yeni kapitalizme uydurun. Ge\u00e7mi\u015fin ideolojik ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel kafesinden isteseniz de \u00e7\u0131kamazs\u0131n\u0131z, ancak onun i\u00e7inde varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilirsiniz. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>23 &nbsp;Nisan yaz\u0131s\u0131 yazacakt\u0131m fakat yanl\u0131\u015f giri\u015f yapt\u0131m, konu da\u011f\u0131ld\u0131. Asl\u0131nda yazmaya&nbsp; &nbsp;gerek yok. Cumhuriyet tarihinde 23 Nisan\u2019\u0131n nas\u0131l kutland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00e7ocuk bayram\u0131 \u201csorunu\u201dnu, laikli\u011fin y\u0131lmaz savunucusu karde\u015fimiz Mustafa Solak,&nbsp; <em>Veryans\u0131ntv<\/em>\u2019de yay\u0131mlanan \u201c23 Nisan\u2019\u0131n Devrimci \u00d6z\u00fc\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 yaz\u0131s\u0131nda, \u00f6z\u00fc a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 derecede vurgulamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken bi\u00e7imi biraz ihmal etse de, kusursuz bir kronolojiyle &nbsp;anlatt\u0131. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her yeni rejim, eski rejimin kurumlar\u0131n\u0131, geleneklerini, bayramlar\u0131n\u0131 bir hamlede k\u00f6k\u00fcnden s\u00f6k\u00fcp atam\u0131yorsa, ufak ufak yontmaya, \u00f6nemsizle\u015ftirmeye, giderek unutturmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Mesela Meclis Ba\u015fkan\u0131, TBMM\u2019nin 100. a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f y\u0131ld\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcnde b\u00fct\u00fcn milletvekillerinin meclis binas\u0131nda toplanmalar\u0131n\u0131 korona bahanesiyle \u00f6nlemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r: \u201cReis-i Cumhur hazretleri te\u015frif buyurmuyorlar, parti ba\u015fkanlar\u0131 da te\u015frif etmezlerse iyi olur, kat\u0131l\u0131m azal\u0131r, b\u00f6ylece vir\u00fcs bula\u015facak kimse bulamaz.\u201d Tek kelimeyle, ay\u0131pt\u0131r, ciddiyetsizliktir! G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde TBMM ne yaz\u0131k ki milletin de\u011fil Saray\u2019\u0131n egemenli\u011fini temsil etmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ge\u00e7en 19 May\u0131s\u2019ta&nbsp;&nbsp; Say\u0131n Reis, Samsun\u2019da k\u00fcrs\u00fcye \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p konu\u015furken, Atat\u00fcrk \u0130lke ve \u0130nk\u0131l\u00e2plar\u0131na tek bir sat\u0131r ay\u0131rmad\u0131; Cumhuriyet Devrimi\u2019ni Osmanl\u0131 miras\u0131 i\u00e7inde eriterek yok etti; bir \u201cOsmanl\u0131 pa\u015fas\u0131\u201d dedi\u011fi Mustafa Kemal\u2019i Adnan Menderes ve Turgut \u00d6zal\u2019la ayn\u0131 \u00e7izgiye yerle\u015ftirdi; ve nihayet, 19 May\u0131s gen\u00e7li\u011finin \u201cAs\u0131m\u2019\u0131n nesli\u201d (Fikret\u2019in nesli de\u011fil) oldu\u011funu kuvvetle vurgulad\u0131. T\u00fct\u00fcn \u0130skelesi\u2019nde sebilh\u00e2ne barda\u011f\u0131 gibi yana\u015f\u0131k d\u00fczen dizilerek \u201cmill\u00ee birlik ve beraberlik\u201d g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc veren siyas\u00ee parti genel ba\u015fkanlar\u0131n\u0131n hi\u00e7biri bu konu\u015fma \u00fczerine t\u00f6reni terk etmeyi akl\u0131ndan bile ge\u00e7irmedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bir de 23 Nisan\u2019\u0131n \u00e7ocuk bayram\u0131 olma \u00f6zelli\u011fini 12 Eyl\u00fcl darbesiyle birle\u015ftirerek a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar var. \u201c\u00c7ocuk bayram\u0131\u201dn\u0131 kafan\u0131zda Kenan Evren\u2019le birle\u015ftireceksiniz, b\u00f6ylece \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n bayram\u0131na tepki geli\u015ftireceksiniz. Birle\u015ftirmeyece\u011fiz!&nbsp; Ben \u00f6\u011fretmen ortam\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fcm. 1957\u2019den beri 23 Nisan\u2019\u0131n nas\u0131l kutland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fcm; sokaklarda trampet \u00e7ald\u0131m, avaz avaz \u015fiir okudum; Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fc, TBMM\u2019yi, Kurtulu\u015f Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131 daha o zaman \u00f6\u011frendim. Sizlere yurtta\u015fl\u0131k bilinci, gen\u00e7lere ve \u00e7ocuklara ise \u015fahsiyet ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck a\u015f\u0131lamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1922\u2019de Bursa\u2019da yan\u0131na muhtemelen \u00e7i\u00e7eklerle, balonlarla, krapon k\u00e2\u011f\u0131tlar\u0131yla gelen \u00e7ocuklara \u015f\u00f6yle hitap etmi\u015ftir: \u201cK\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck han\u0131mlar, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck beyler! Sizler hepiniz gelece\u011fin bir g\u00fcl\u00fc, y\u0131ld\u0131z\u0131, baht\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ayd\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z. Memleketi as\u0131l ayd\u0131nl\u0131\u011fa gark edecek sizsiniz. Kendinizin ne kadar \u00f6nemli, k\u0131ymetli oldu\u011funuzu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek ona g\u00f6re \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131z.
