Fakat orada bile Devlet\u2019in s\u0131k dokulu sa\u011flam \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc k\u0131sa geldi; \u00f6fkeli kitleler sokakta imam\u0131n sar\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kap\u0131p yere \u00e7almaya ba\u015flad\u0131lar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ilgin\u00e7 &nbsp;ve de\u011fi\u015fik olan Saray\u2019\u0131n esnekli\u011fi, inisiyatifi asla elden b\u0131rakmayarak somut ko\u015fullara uyum sa\u011flama ve g\u00fcndemi belirleme yetene\u011fidir.
